Episode 12.04 - Blame in on the Rain: As the title says it, it's raining in this episode. Eve and Haleh get in a discussion when the latter wants to do overtime but Eve says no. Kovac doesn't want to treat Blaire Collins, 28, who's been in a coma for the past six years and was brought to the ER because of an infection. But something will happen that will make Kovac change his mind... Neela treats a woman who was in a car accident. The woman says that she was forced off the road. During the accident, the woman's baby was thrown out of the car. Abby works with Dubenko to help a construction worker. Sam, Inez, Ray, Weaver, Jerry, and Frank appear in the episode. [Note: It's possible the storyline with Blaire be moved to episode 12.05 or be continued in the next episode.]
