After Eastenders, my second favourite soap is Family Affairs, and as i was watching it yesterday i saw so much brillaint acting talent, its such a shame its being axed.

I think so many of the actors/actress deserve a second chance, and would be fantastic in eastenders?

I know not many of you watch Family Affairs, but for those who do, who do you think woiuold be good in Eastenders and what as?

all 5 of them are fantastic and Eastenders should see sense and snap them up sharpish before Corrie does!

love the character ideas :) although dont support Rosi Miller having a fling - they have enough trouble at the minute - what about Gary Webster as a toy boy for big Mo?

sounds good... i think rosie should have a fling tough, to get away from her hectic family life... i think she should rekindle her romance with mickey's dad, say he returns from france and comes to walford to build a relationship with dawn and mickey, well we could learn that he was the love of rosie's life, but due to various reasons they couldnt be together, whilst keith is at home wathcing tv they have a passionate affair, and one day rosie leaves a loive letter at hoime, thinking keith cant read it but then it turns out whilst shes been having an affair hes been learning to read at the communtiy centre, and finds all out about the affair, but plays dumb for a bit longer whilst he plots his revenge

that could well happen, david ester plays a dark villian very well... he could have some skeletons in his closet (literally) its about time a character in someland had a skelton in their closest i.e bony structure of a human! maybe of his ex wife!

see it shows ya how good an actor he must be if his character stands out to be people who dont even watch the show...just what Eastenders needs!

From Family Affairs website:

Charnham is up there at the top of the premier league when it comes to soap villains and slippery Pete Callan would definitely get a congratulatory slap on the back from the best of them. His wife Eileen, who is just as slippery, is one step ahead of him.

This conniving scoundrel is multitalented in the criminal department with drug dealing, wife beating, blackmail, adultery, pimping, murder and bigamy on his CV. The kind of man who'd consult Henry VIII for marriage guidance and sell his grandma for a fiver, Pete doesn't pull any punches and will even resort to marriage hat tricks to get what he wants. So, why do the ladies love cool Pete? He's obviously doing something right, and we must admit that he is rather sexy. And, let's face it, when there's excitement in Charnham, it's usually Callan stirring it up.

judge for yourself!

oh debs it fantastic! i cnat believe it has been axed! i watched it from the interactive vote storyline last year! and then they weaved in the pete/eileen/trish/dave/lucy/sam/olly/roy stuff and oh my god thats been going on for a very long time! it does comedy well aswell and then we've had the recent gay max torn between his gay lover Sami and his children, its been well acted and then Mel's disseaperance, so much watsed when its axed

and i tel you now if they replace it with repeats of some american show or something rubbish like that i will stop watching five all together!
