Zach is indeed Mike's son
In Episode 2.01, we will learn what happens with Mike when he goes into the house. Rex really is dead. Alfre Woodard's character was a concert pianist, but is now involved with something very dark and spooky. Bree identifies the body of her dead husband, while John is in jail, a few cellblocks away from Carlos. Lynette has a series of job interviews at an ad agency, which go quite well. Gabrielle is in the hospital with a broken arm, and a detective is taking a statement. Kendra's dad died, and she tries to get the autopsy report.
In Episode 2.02, one of the housewives is late with her newspaper payments, and gets in a fight with the paperboy. One of the housewives is hitting up different therapists for medication. Gabrielle brings cash to a woman in a bad neighborhood, which she ultimately holds on to herself. Lynette settles in at her job, and is being pitched an ad campaign by two young writers. One of the housewives is visited by the mother of someone who died, and the mother is crying all the time, in the restaurant, at the drycleaner
In Episode 2.03, Gabrielle gets a new gardener, again. One of the housewives has to do a lie-detector test at the police station. Seems like there's a Mrs. Robinson-situation (like the movie) going on, again. Persons involved are yet to be identified.
In Episode 2.04, one of the kids disappears, and a reward is offered for information. Another kid has an imaginary friend, which the teachers frown upon at school. Gabrielle retains an attorney of her liking for Carlos, in a most unusual way. Her trip to the prison doesn't go unnoticed with the rest of the inmates. Andrew gets in a fight while at swim practice
