Does anyone no if they are showing these awards on tv and when they are happening?

I doubt they'll be shown on the TV.

They did last year on LivingTV with Richard Arnold hosting them, I remember cos I was so upset that we didn't have Living and none of my friends could record it for me so I missed them.
