Your'e lucky. one of my other friends has just started watching it but keeps missing it so i need to keep filling her in.

i go out and wonder round on fridays and saturdays when my lil girlies come to see me, but we normally end up near somerfield, cause we all like to eat lol!!!
yeah... people just walk around endlessly for some reason. they end up around the chippy or the all hang out at parrs wood, so that is the place to never go!

sometimes i hang round on the streets and stuff but not that often. ma school work is far too heavy to be having much of a social life! although i have to admit quite alot i just dont do it so i can go out!
none of my mates watch the bill either so i discuss it mostly on here.
yeah... school work will be coming my way big style in september. i'll have to cut back on here :(

There was a four minute segment on LK today, part of GMTV, where Lisa Maxwell gave us a tour of the rehersals for the live episode,and she had a 'nerve tester' machine, and was trying it out on various cast members, quite funny to watch.
Anyhow, titbits I gained were John Bowler rehersing in a hospital bed and Maxwell notes that he is going to be blown up in a car, or something along those lines, Trudie Goodwin is also going to be involved in this stunt, which includes a car chase before hand. There were also shots of Meadows and half the relief in the canteen where they react to a gun going off somewhere in the station. Fron what I could gather, the characters involved are:

I'm really excited, though will be interested to see what happens - Kim Tiddy said on GMTV this morning that her and Mfanway (Amber) and going to be staying in the canteen improvising and that if anything goes wrong, it will go to them and they are supposed to keep it going till what ever is sorted out :hmm: I wonder if it will be needed, but I doubt it. They have been rehearsing for so long now, the pyrotechnics side of things may have snags, but I think they'll do brilliantly !!

I don't really know any of their names, but hey it was live, and they was nervous, with loads of adrenaline going throught them. They were a bit excited. But as i said it was brilliant.

It was soo amazing! Few time delay problesms but inonce im glad it showed to the critics that it was totally live! I thought you could also tell by the picture and scenes that it was live! Hard to explain but there as a slightly differnt look on the shots tonight!

It was brilliant - like has already been said, a couple of times they weren't quite ready and were standing ready for the off, and i saw the mic above them when they were walking down the corridor and the shadow of the sound guy when they were outside, but go Bruce - he was great. You could tell he was nervous though as he kept licking his lips - did you notice, but it was great - well done to all involved!!! :cheer:

There were a few off those moments, the same as where they hadn't quite got the timming right, and they are standing ready for action, it was great tho, i could never have done it, i'd love to have been at the rehersals or even better the actual live thing, now that would've been cool, just to see how they did it all, and what they were saying to each other inbetween each shot.

I dont think they should do it more often it would spoil the exciment!!

Cos i dont like being treated second rate and you were, altho the actors were nice!! Good to say yeah iv done it tho!
I really wish they had done a post ep show so we could of seen all the things the actors thought went rong and stuf like that!!

No its a new one just put up 2day!!
that was brilliant!! they really did well. i didn't want it to end- i was really annoyed when the helicopter zoomed out at the end... watched it twice since last night though, and i daresay i'll watch it more times over the weekend. shame there weren't as many people watching it- they must have been mad toi miss it, it was brilliant!!

Anyone know why Reg wasn't in the live episode? I thought it was supposed to be his party. He wasn't in the live episode in 2003 either and he is one of the longest serving cast members. :hmm:
