In my opinion it should have been vicki who had to give dna to make the identification of den watts body,there is no pproof that dennis was dens son,only what his mother told him,we all know vicki is the only child who is 100% definatly the product of den watts,yes dennis grew up with his mother telling him he was his dad,but the woman was obviously no angel and only had a 1 night stand with den and maybe 1 with pete beale and half of walford to ,for all we know dennis could be arthur fowlers

Well if he hadn't have been a match then theat the route they would have taken, but Dennis, was obvsiously a match, so therefore Vikki wasn't needed.

Pauline said something to Sharon on Friday about how they'd have to tell Vicki. They'll probably put in a throw away line about why Vicki can't come to the funeral or something.

She annoyed me she did. She should at least come back for a couple of episodes though, otherewise its really not going to be realistic

they got the match back a bit to quick,they are backlogged over a bank ho;iday,buy rights they should have been told it looked like it was den,but confirmation would take a few days

that is good thinking I guess we were all supposed to just accept that Dennis was Dens son - and the police didnt know that only Dennis Mum said he was Den's did they?

Well obviously Dennis is 100% Den's son otherwise the police would have told Dennis wouldn't they? It's a bit unfair to get Vicki all the way back from America when they've got a blood relative right there on the doorstep.

Totally agree with you!!! Vicki never fell out with Den before she left did she? And even if she did it's not realistic that she does not come back when she hears that her dad has been found buried under the local pub!!! She should at least be back for the funeral.... Where is she anyway?
