Wed & Thurs (triple episode) spoilers have been added to the original post.

It is being reported that Harper & Dana's mother, Kerrie Matheson will be arriving in SB in the coming months. This character will be played by actress Sara Wiseman (confirmed by her CV). Sara previously starred in A Place to Call Home, Shortland Street and High Country.

Stephen Madsen has joined the show as character Eddie Shepherd (confirmed by his CV), whilst it is believed that Lach Millar has been seen filming at Palm Beach playing a new character (Lach previously played character Richie Amblin in Neighbours). There is no information about these characters as yet, nor whether they are guest stars or regulars etc.

Also, a couple of months ago a large number of the H&A cast were seen by residents of Cowra filming a number of scenes at the Lachlan Valley Railway Heritage Centre (Cowra is a town in the Central West region of New South Wales, about 4 hours from Sydney). Nothing has been confirmed, but the filming made around various train yards has prompted fans to speculate that some kind of train crash may feature in this year's H&A season finale in Aust. We will see...

I know Theo has been reported to leave and Bree is leaving also.. maybe Bree is the train, and Theo is this car crash?

While it appears odds on now that Theo will probably be the car crash, I wonder if Bree's exit will be her going overseas to work with the 'Doctor's without Borders' that she was considering quite a while ago? ie I can't see them killing them both off...

It has also been reported that the car crash maybe the UK season finale, whilst the train story will be the Aust season finale.

The DS article following the new H&A promo 'Cash and Eden The Wedding Event':

Home and Away announces shock death in Cash and Eden's wedding episodes
Who won't make it home?

https://www.digitalspy.com/soaps/home-and-away/a67985903/home-and-away-death-cash-eden-wedding/

Home and Away spoilers follow.

Home and Away has teased a major death in Cash Newman and Eden Fowler's wedding episodes. Ahead of the big day, the soap has released a shocking promo, revealing that one character "won't make it home" after the couple's impending nuptials.

Giving fans a glimpse of the bride and groom, the promo began with Eden and Cash looking lovingly into each other's eyes before exchanging vows. With happily ever after on the horizon, however, the teaser took an unexpected turn, hinting at a violent car crash, which leaves one person dead.

According to Seven (via TV Blackbox): "A day of celebration and love will end in heartbreak on Home and Away as the wedding of Cash (Nicholas Cartwright) and Eden (Stephanie Panozzo) is set to be tainted by unimaginable loss."

The broadcaster adds, "As Cash and Eden embark on the first moments of their new life together, one of the Bay's most loved residents will take their last breath. Who won't survive the night? It's going to be one hell of a week in the Bay as love and loss collide."

After the clip was shared to Instagram, fans flocked to the comments to voice their concerns. "Please, can we just have one wedding where no one dies?" remarked one. "Why can't we just have it all go right for once!" penned a second. "Who are they going to kill off?" asked a third.

While details surrounding the episode are under lock and key, several fans have theorised that it's Theo Poulos (Matt Evans) who dies. Back in May, actor Evans shared a snap of his shorter haircut, fuelling rumours that he might be leaving Summer Bay.

As soap stars rarely change their hair for continuity purposes, many wondered if Evans had traded in his signature long curls after deciding to leave Home and Away. Adding to the ongoing speculation, the TV star has also spoken about pursuing acting projects in the US.

Joining Check It TV in March, Evans said: "I won't be on Home and Away forever. It's not me talking about planning to leave, but just saying, like I have plans for America and stuff like that as well. I think I'm at the age where I think it's a good time to do that."

Of course, it's all speculation at this point, so we'll have to wait and see what happens. Is Theo about to meet a bitter end? Or is someone else leaving the Bay?

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.45pm on Channel 5, with repeat screenings at 6pm on 5STAR and first-look screenings at 6.30pm on 5STAR. Selected classic episodes are available via Prime Video in the UK.

Home and Away star Stephanie Panozzo reveals shock advice co-star Ada Nicodemou gave her

And the Daily Telegraph article (subscription only):

Home And Away actor Stephanie Panozzo on the advice co-star Ada Nicodemou gave her
As Stephanie Panozzo appears in Home And Away?s latest wedding with a tragic soapie twist, she reveals what co-star Ada Nicodemou said to her on set.

The path of true love may not always run smooth, but in Summer Bay it?s a veritable minefield. Before musician Eden Fowler (Stephanie Panozzo) can even make her way down the aisle with police officer Cash Newman (Nicholas Cartwright), she and her future husband have already been tested by a serious car accident, a bout of amnesia, a broken engagement, a family death, a kidnapping, and an attempted murder accusation.

Nonetheless, a happy Home And Away occasion surely comes as a relief: last month, both the show?s actors and its fans bid a tearful farewell to Irene Roberts, the beloved character played by Gold Logie winner Lynne McGranger for nearly 33 years.

But let?s not toss the bouquet too high just yet.

?It?s been a big year already for Home And Away,? Panozzo tells The Watchlist, before adding ominously, ?and so now we have a beautiful day of wedded bliss before tragedy strikes the Bay, and we?re going to lose another one of our friends.?

For Panozzo, this sort of heightened drama is what makes the series compulsive viewing ? and such a great proving ground for Australian stars-in-the-making such as Chris Hemsworth, Isla Fisher and Samara Weaving.

?It?s quite surreal because I used to watch this show, so to be working on it is just absolutely such a pinch-me moment,? she says.

?I feel very lucky I get to work with this awesome cast and crew every day and practice the craft every day.?

Since its 1988 premiere, Home And Away has gifted viewers such memorable wedding storylines as Roo (Justine Clarke) jilting Frank (Alex Papps) at the altar in June of that year; Angel (Melissa George) rising from her wheelchair to walk to her beloved Shane (Dieter Brummer) in 1995; and Felicity (Jacqui Purvis) being rescued from the fiery wreckage of her bridal ute by groom Tane (Ethan Browne) in 2023.

Having never said ?I do? before ? either on screen or off ? Panozzo was grateful to have actor Ada Nicodemou on set, given her character Leah Patterson has been through four weddings.

?Ada told me to rest up because it?s a long day,? Panozzo recalls. ?It was very strange, actually, to put on a wedding dress. But you do so many different things in the acting world, so it?s a bit like putting on another costume.?

She also found inspiration from the heartbreaking 2009 nuptials of terminally ill Belle (Jessica Tovey) and stoic Aden (Todd Lasance).

?In a funny side note, Belle?s dress had some black in it and so does Eden?s,? Panozzo reveals.

?So that was really cool and special to have that link too, because I loved Belle when I watched it.?

Shooting scenes on location at historic Wallalong House in NSW?s Hunter Valley made the screen wedding experience even more remarkable.

?It was really fun to get away with the cast. It felt a bit like a school camp,? Panozzo says.

?And we had Tammy Macintosh, Aaron Jeffrey and Peter Phelps as guesties for this trip. It was amazing to have those legends along, too.?

Even though she had to wait through a few rain delays, Panozzo says becoming a TV bride more than lived up to expectations.

?When Home And Away does these big away shoots, they really invest the time and the money to make it look really beautiful and to make it really quality for the audience,? she tells The Watchlist.

?I think audiences are going to really love it.?

Home And Away airs at 7pm Monday to Thursday on the Seven Network and 7Plus.

Nowtolove.com.au article:

Home and Away Spoilers: Has David found his wife's killer?
"This investigation challenges David's moral code."

https://www.nowtolove.com.au/entertainment/home-and-away/home-and-away-spoilers-david-wife-killer/

With a lead on a licence plate and vague recollections from his daughter coming to the surface, Now, on Home and Away, David inches closer to finding out who killed his wife.

This week, David (Jeremy Lindsay Taylor) tracks the plate to a Councillor Craig Wendall, who he phones.

"David uncovers some damning evidence regarding Counsellor Craig Wendall. He was in the area at the time. His car, a grey Mercedes, matches the description, plus partial number plates," Jeremy explains.

"An initial interview with him shows David how slippery he is - he seems to know more than he's letting on."

With dead ends and endless calls, David struggles to find a way forward. And when Wendall's lawyer insists he back off, his superiors learn of his unauthorised work.

"This investigation definitely challenges David and his moral code," Jeremy explains. "He is told to back off - will he?"

When asked about the case by daughters Jo (Maddison Brown) and Lacey (Sophea Pennington), David doesn't engage. The less they know, the safer they'll be.

But never one to play by the rules, Lacey takes things into her own hands by sneaking into her dad's office and taking photos of his investigation. Then, she makes a daring move that could put her in harm's way. What is it?

Also This Week...

Their big day is almost here. But this week, Cash and Eden are given one last surprise before they walk down the aisle.

Cash (Nicholas Cartwright) and fiance Eden (Stephanie Panozzo) are wary about their upcoming hens' and bucks parties. Neither of them are particularly fussed with having the spotlight on them - even if their bridal parties have gone all out in preparation.

Witnessing Eden's increasing anxiety, Cash asks Abigail (Hailey Pinto) and best man Tane (Ethan Browne) to cancel their plans.

"Eden is so excited about the wedding but also stressed," Stephanie tells TV WEEK. "As you can imagine, weddings are really not her vibe - she never thought she'd be getting married. So, Eden's a little out of her depth planning a wedding."

However, Eden is secretly concerned about her vows. While she wants her own to be great, her intel suggests Cash has struggled to strike the right tone. But despite her attempts to find them, she's been unable to do so.

"Eden is concerned Cash is going to get up in front of all their friends and family and embarrass himself," Stephanie says.

The next day, Eden and Cash embrace their free time. But Abigail and Tane weren't exactly telling the truth when they agreed to cancel the events. In fact, they combined them!

With a ruse to get the betrothed couple into a car, they arrive at the farm to a gathering with family and friends.

As the celebrations begin, Cash is dragged to the bar for drinks while Dana (Ally Harris) and Sonny (Ryan Bown) hit the dance floor. But Eden can't focus - she wants to find Cash's vows. With some distraction, she slips home to find them...

Will she be happy with what she finds?

Home and Away airs Monday to Thursday, 7pm on Channel Seven

EDIT: another TV Week article 'Also this week':

"Despite the setbacks in their fertility journey, Mack (Emily Weir) and Levi (Tristan Gorey) promise to stay positive. This week, Mac undergoes another IVF implantation and, as the week unfolds, does everything she can to help make her dream come true - from meditation to yoga. While Levi tries to contain his hopes, he's anxious, too. Will they finally be able to start a family?
