1. Holly plays matchmaker for Wendy

Neighbours love cheat Holly Hoyland sends her scheming into overdrive next week as she tries to set up Wendy Rodwell with a new man.

Holly comes up with the wild plan as she hopes to hurry along Andrew Rodwell's plans to leave his wife.

With Holly and Andrew's affair growing more serious by the day, they're plotting to start a new life together when the time is right.

While Andrew knows that he'll have to tread carefully to make the situation as easy as possible for Wendy, pushy Holly isn't so patient and wants him all to herself sooner rather than later...

"Holly and Andrew end up meeting at a motel, where they solidify plans for their future," our Neighbours insider explains.

"They know that they'll have to move away from Erinsborough once the truth is out, so Andrew suggests somewhere close to Stephen and Gretchen ? the long-lost family that Holly recently helped him find."

This is music to Holly's ears, but she's still upset that she'll have to wait before Andrew goes public with their relationship.

Desperate for things to happen much sooner, Holly organises a last-minute art class at The Waterhole and asks Wendy to teach it.

"Holly's idea is all a ruse to have Wendy meet Trent ? a regular at the bar who's unlucky in love and hoping to connect with some local women," our source adds.

"In Holly's eyes, Wendy won't be as heartbroken over Andrew dumping her if she already has another romantic option waiting in the wings ? but when was life on Ramsay Street ever that simple?"

2. Andrew makes a concerning discovery

Holly's plans start to go wrong when the art class is a failure and Trent reveals that he's not too keen on Wendy ? partly because he knows that she's married to a policeman.

Andrew finds out about Holly's manipulation and disapproves of her tactics, but she insists that she just wants to start their new life together as soon as possible.

Will Andrew be understanding?

3. Max's emotions boil over

Taye Obasi suggests that he and Sadie Rodwell should make some face masks together. He's already on a skincare kick but also hopes this could be the start of a new business empire.

Max Ramsay reluctantly takes part too, but he struggles with having to witness Taye and Sadie's lovey-dovey antics in each other's company ? it's all too much after his split from Holly.

Taye and Sadie feel guilty for not being more sensitive and they both apologise to Max, who wishes there were a way for him to get over Holly.

4. Holly ends her friendship with Sadie

Sadie notices that Holly is still keeping a distance from her and asks to know what's going on.

Making excuses for the way she's been acting, Holly accuses Sadie of taking Max's side in the break-up and claims that they can't be friends anymore. Sadie is devastated at Holly's unfair decision.

4 new Neighbours spoilers as Terese's nephew arrives in town with a secret
Zac Willis makes a mysterious arrival.

1. Colton flirts with Zac Willis

Neighbours introduces a possible new love interest for Colton Keys next week ? and he already has a link to Ramsay Street.

Looking for love after recently being rejected by Aaron Brennan, keen Colton is excited to meet handsome stranger Zac at a bar in the city.

There's instant chemistry between the pair, but their time together is cut short when Zac has to rush off for a job interview.

Showing that he's just as eager as Colton is, Zac plants a kiss on him before making his departure. And it won't be the last that Colton sees of him...

"When Colton meets up for drinks with Leo and Krista later, he's pleasantly surprised as Zac walks in," our Neighbours source explains.

"The new face in town turns out to be Zac Willis ? Terese's nephew, and the newly-appointed second-in-command at Lassiters."

Colton hopes to pick up where he left off with Zac, so he invites him out for a drink.

Much to Colton's surprise, Zac suddenly turns cold by insisting that he's much too busy.

"Colton later tries again by inviting Zac to spend some more time with him," our insider adds.

"Zac dismisses him in even stronger terms ? making it very clear that there's nothing between them. Colton can't believe it ? what's the reason for Zac's mixed messages?"

2. Zac hides a secret

When Terese catches up with Zac, she notes that her nephew seems very cagey when it comes to his recent break-up.

Terese invites Zac to move in at No.22, but he gets distracted by pesky phone calls from someone who's very persistent.

In the end, Zac throws his phone into the Lassiters Lake rather than talking to whoever's hassling him.

3. Sadie does some digging over Holly

Sadie Rodwell arranges a trip to the beach with Max Ramsay and Taye Obasi. They're all looking forward to a distraction from Holly Hoyland, who's left them baffled with her erratic behaviour recently.

Later, Sadie reveals to Taye that she even reached out to Mackenzie Hargreaves for advice on how to handle the Holly situation. Mystifyingly, Mackenzie reveals that Holly is ghosting her too.

4. Max struggles to move on

At the beach, Max tries to charm volleyball player Jayda.

Although things quickly heat up between the pair, Max soon realises that he's not ready to share a kiss with her. He seems a long way off from moving on after being so callously dumped by Holly.

1. Elle is making enemies

Neighbours returnee Elle Robinson fears for her safety next week as she realises that someone is secretly stalking her.

As Elle continues to write revealing articles about the tangled web surrounding the Linwell brothers and their associates, it's clear that she could be upsetting some very dangerous characters.

In new scenes, Elle prepares to drop yet another piece about her fast-moving detective work.

This time she concentrates on Amelia Jones, a council member who could be connected to the dodgy dealings.

"Cara Varga-Murphy is furious when she realises that Elle is still aggressively pursuing the story," our Neighbours source explains.

"She warns Elle against impeding an ongoing police investigation ? and things only get worse for Elle when Amelia pops up with evidence to prove her innocence. It seems that Elle went public with her theories too soon."

Elle still can't shake the feeling that there's much more to discover in her investigation, but she gets distracted when she fears that someone is following her through the Lassiters complex.

She soon brushes off her suspicions and puts it down to nerves ? but this is Neighbours after all, so there's sure to be more to it?

2. Terese calls Paul for help

Terese Willis struggles with having to deal with the fallout from Elle's behaviour, with Karl and Susan Kennedy among those who are very unhappy over what's going on.

After the Amelia Jones article, Terese calls Paul in New York and is relieved when he agrees to come home to deal with his daughter.

3. Cara's dad confides in her

Cara's father Greg opens up to Nicolette Stone over how he'd like to be closer to his daughter again. After some prompting from Nicolette, the Erinsborough newcomer finds the courage to confide in his daughter.

Greg reveals that he miscalculated his retirement timing and is now running out of money ? a secret that he's hiding from Cara's mother.

4. Zac's suspicious behaviour continues

Terese also gets involved in her nephew Zac's dramas, questioning why he turned down advances from Colton Keys. Zac insists that there's simply no spark between them.

Later, Zac makes a strong start in his new role as second-in-command at Lassiters, but he insists that his photo should stay off the company website.

Zac makes his excuses, but when Elle mentions being unable to outrun her past in the digital age, her words clearly strike a chord with the nervous newcomer...

1. Andrew struggles with his own lies

Neighbours cop Andrew Rodwell makes an emotional declaration next week ? warning Holly Hoyland that their lies can't go on for much longer.

The stressed-out policeman finally reaches breaking point as the reality of his recent deception starts to hit home.

Trouble brews after Andrew secures some more time alone with his secret lover Holly.

Their cosy night together doesn't last for long, though, as Andrew's work colleague Cara Varga-Murphy soon blows his cover story. This forces Andrew to return home to his wife Wendy to avoid being caught out.

"When Andrew arrives back on Ramsay Street, oblivious Wendy wants nothing more than to catch up with him," our Neighbours insider explains.

"Wendy's unconditional love for Andrew is obvious ? and he feels terrible over the way that he's treating her."

As his conscience starts to eat away at him, Andrew confides in Holly that he feels like a bad person.

He admits that he can't go on like this, as constantly lying to Wendy has left him in total turmoil.

"Andrew and Holly are at a crossroads," our source adds. "Holly has been pushing Andrew to bite the bullet and end things with Wendy sooner rather than later.

"With Andrew feeling so guilty, this could be the moment that he gives into Holly's demands and starts their new life together ? if he's not having second thoughts, that is!"

2. Krista makes a new friend

Krista Sinclair bonds with Terese's nephew Zac Willis, who has just been appointed as her second-in-command at Lassiters. When Zac seeks some time out from the ongoing tension at No.22, he heads to see Krista ? but Leo Tanaka is miffed as his alone time with his wife gets interrupted.

Back in the office later, Krista's mood improves further when Zac presents her with the Bronze Bell.

3. Leo confides in Terese

Leo speaks to Terese about how he fears being second best to Krista's work life now that she has more responsibilities at Lassiters.

Terese assures Leo that he doesn't need to worry, but will life be so simple?

4. Elle comes under attack

When Paul Robinson returns from New York, he supports Elle's decision to write her recent controversial article ? praising her for uncovering such a big story. This could go down badly with Terese, who'd wanted Paul to take a tougher stance with his daughter.

Later, someone continues to watch Elle from afar ? and finally strikes. Elle is horrified as a speeding car comes screeching towards her.
