It doesn't cost I don't think. You just ask the person's agent. :D

You have to pay to have a website of your own its just the cost of runnig it and hosting it, my parents run a site and it costs them £30 a year i think

yeh i think you do have to pay if you want the site to have your own address instead of being from another website like www.geocities.com/....................
some of my mates made their own site and to make it from another site they didnt have to pay but as soon as they wanted their own address for it they had to pay, they were paying about £10 each i think and there were 3 of them, so it would be about £30 to start with, i dont know if its £30 every year but you do have to pay every year and in the end they stopped the site as they couldnt afford to pay for it

I think you'd have to get intouch with the agents. But The Mitchells are characters from the BBC so it'd be them you have to contact.

You don't necessarily have to have a website and pay for it. You just have to run a website, it can be a free messageboard it doesn't matter.

I'm not too sure how you'd go about it character wise, I only know how to do it if it's dedicated to a specific actor/actress.
