1. How do I get signed photos of the cast?
Please write an individual letter to the actor. On the envelope address, please write the name of the cast member. The address is:

If you would like photos of more than one member of cast, please write an individual letter to each actor. Put all the letters in one envelope and send to the following address:

We must point out that the actors are extremely busy and it may take them a while to answer their letters, so please be patient. We cannot tell you how long it will take to receive a reply. Due to the huge volume of requests for donations, we cannot provide EastEnders memorabilia. For requests concerning appearances by cast members, please write to them individually at the address shown in question one.

Due to a very heavy filming schedule, EastEnders doesn't offer tours of the set. On rare occasions the website does offer a tour as a competition prize. Check the site regularly or subscribe to the newsletter to find out about the next one.
