He does not look anything like Mackenzie imo, and yes, he is John's ex... John went to tell him that he has met someone and is getting married... I would not be surprised if Aiden makes a sudden unexpected recovery and will interrupt John and Aaron's wedding by declaring he knows of something why they should not be married.....he certainly will be around, maybe before the wedding so it never happens.. no idea..
