Just letting you all know ITV have comissioned an 8th series of Bad Girls, will probably start around April/May time. :cheer:

Well there was meant to be one last year but it got called off down to castings etc, but they have done a few workshops, and as far as i know its still going ahead, not sure when though, Helen Fraser (BodyBag) is in it, playing herself of course, and remember Snowball Merriman? well shes also in it, taking on the part of Shell Dockley

i was actually hoping bad girls would not have another series, as much as i adore the show i have my reasons

the last series was the worst so far, and now without fenner it can only get worse, storylines and characters can only be recycled now, everything has been covered that can be covered in the show, it could get boring if it keeps on going the way it is, i thought the idea of fenner's ghost haunting the inmates would have been a good way to end the show... :searchme:

There is no way last series was the worst! Have you watched series 5? That was just appauling, infact i didnt even both buying that one on dvd as it was so crap, depending what happens next series id say it may be the last one

series 5 had the greatest cliffhanger so far! and the costa cons came into it! and shell came back!!!

I think i meant series 4 i cant remember now as there has been so many, it was the one with Snowball Merriman in, it was ridiculous, and the one where they captured Christopher Biggins, it was silly. Some of the episodes were good but it was the worst series out of all of them so far series 1 & 2 were far the best

It was a bit naff. Snowball was a fun character and Shells return was the highlight

It will be interesting to see what they do with Fenner now gone. Looking forward to the christmas special and then I'll make my mind up I think.......missing the first 2/3 series though - they were better..

That was series 4 i think, i get so confused with the series 4 and 5. And yep it was Al and Maxi that did it, then Al helped Maxi top herself
