EastEnders has confirmed a medical emergency in Albert Square next month in the aftermath of the 40th anniversary episodes.
In Tuesday?s episode (February 18), Reiss crashed his car into The Vic which resulted in several gas cans catching fire. That left many Walford residents in danger as the famous pub exploded.
It remains to be seen what happens during the rest of this thrilling week, but it's been confirmed Sonia will go into labour in Thursday?s live episode (February 20) ? and not everyone will make it out of the disaster alive.
There's more drama to come in the weeks after the anniversary, with the community struggling to come to terms with what has happened.
New spoilers released by the BBC have teased that on Monday, March 3, someone overhears a ?shocking secret?, then on Tuesday, March 4, there's a ?medical emergency?. Is this related to the explosion, or something else entirely?
Regardless, the incident asks more questions than it answers.
Also that week, there's a big fallout between two family members before a fight takes place in Beale?s Eels.
Meanwhile, the soap has confirmed the child-to-parent abuse storyline involving Tommy Moon and Kat Slater will continue in upcoming scenes.
Recently reunited Kat and Alfie are eager to rebuild their family, but when Tommy finally returns home, the couple are set to face more challenges with their son.

Nicola takes control, and Tommy?s return home brings challenges.

Bianca is not doing well and struggling to face the outside world.
She's feeling traumatised by recent events, when she was held captive by twisted Reiss Colwell.
And then watched him die when he was crushed by a falling bath tub during the explosion at the Queen Vic!
George Knight (Colin Salmon) tries to assure Bianca she is not responsible for the SHOCK chain-of-events that ultimately saw Martin Fowler also die on that fateful night.
But as Bianca continues to shut herself away from the world, can friend Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace) support her through her trauma?
Elsewhere, Kat and her partner Alfie Moon (Shane Richie) are hopeful their teenage son, Tommy (Sonny Kendall), has turned a corner.
Tommy looks for ways to help a friend in need.
Later, Tommy teams-up with his dad to host a lads' night for their struggling pal.
Has previously troubled Tommy finally put his violent behaviour behind him?
Tuesday 4th
Is there a chance that Zack Hudson could be Barney Mitchell's (Lewis Bridgeman) biological dad
Zack previously confided in his late mate, Martin Fowler, about his past affair with Barney's mum, Nicola (Laura Doddington).
Who was still married to Teddy Mitchell (Roland Manookian) at the time.
Martin joked that teenager Barney is now old enough to be Zack's dad!
But was Martin right?
There's drama at Harry's Barn when Barney suddenly collapses in pain from the wound he sustained during the explosion at the Vic.
Zack joins worried parents Nicola and Teddy at the hospital.
But a conversation about bleeding Barney's blood group arouses Zack's suspicions...
Zack confronts Nicola and demands to know if he is really Barney's dad!

Kojo Asare (Dayo Koleosho) visits his friend, Bianca Jackson (Patsy Palmer), and tries to convince her to join the rest of the Knight family at Beale's Eels.
But Bianca still can't bring herself to leave the house and face the rest of Albert Square.
Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace) realises that Bianca is really struggling with her fear and offers some advice.
However, things don't go as planned when Bianca puts some of Kat's suggestions into action...
Kat and her partner, Alfie Moon (Shane Richie), have mixed emotions when their social worker, Lesley, tells them that their teenage son, Tommy (Sonny Kendall) can return home.
Kat and Alfie are hopeful that the previously troubled teenager has put his violent behaviour behind him.

Wednesday 5th
There's some major unfinished business between Zack Hudson (played by James Farrar) and his one-time secret lover, Nicola Mitchell
Zack and Nicola had an affair years earlier, while she was still married to her now ex-husband, Teddy Mitchell (Roland Manookian).
But Zack has the lingering suspicion that he could be the biological dad of Nicola's teenage son, Barney (Lewis Bridgeman).
After Barney's EMERGENCY hospital dash, Zack demands to know the truth from Nicola...
He is left reeling when Nicola come clean and drops the SHOCK bombshell that he is indeed Barney's dad!
Zack's day goes from bad to worse when he receives a phone call from his ex-fiancee, Whitney Dean...
Kojo Asare (Dayo Koleosho) is determined to support his troubled friend, Bianca Jackson (Patsy Palmer).
Kojo heads over to Beale's Eels to get some food for Bianca, who refuses to leave the house.
However, when some unpleasant lads start hassling Kojo, it's up to Bianca to fight her fears and be there for Kojo!

Nicola Mitchell (played by Laura Doddington) is determined to sit on her scandalous secret from the past
Harry's Bar owner Nicola has just confessed to one-time lover Zack Hudson (James Farrar), that he is the biological dad of her teenage son, Barney (Lewis Bridgeman).
But Nicola is determined to cover her tracks and doesn't want either Barney or her now ex-husband, Teddy Mitchell (Roland Maookian) to find out the truth...
In order to keep everything hush-hush, Nicola plays her trump card with love-rival Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean), who is now dating Teddy.
Nicola is convinced she now has the upper hand and invites Sharon and her brother Zack to join her and Teddy for a family meal at Walford East.
But will Zack continue to keep quiet about the ticking time bomb involving Barney?
Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace) is still feeling uneasy about having her teenage son, Tommy (Sonny Kendall), back home again.
When Alfie Moon (Shane Richie) comes in after a football kick around with their son, Kat is alarmed to see Alfie is sporting an injury.
Kat's emotions get the better of her and she jumps to a conclusion.
Has Tommy's violent temper returned again?
Later, a family row breaks out over Tommy's games console and the lad loses his cool...

EastEnders has confirmed the biological father of show newcomer Barney Mitchell.
The teen character takes centre stage in a huge twist next week as Zack Hudson's life is turned upside-down.
Show bosses have been teasing the possibility that Barney could be Zack's son, as Zack had a fling with Nicola Mitchell years ago.
After months of speculation and fan theories, the mystery is finally resolved next week as Zack gets suspicious.
The drama plays out as he becomes protective over his half-sister Sharon Watts.
Sharon worries when she realises that Bianca Jackson knows about a secret that she's keeping. She frets about this to Zack, but somebody overhears the conversation.
Barney later admits to Zack that he was the mystery person who was eavesdropping. Zack assures Sharon that he'll find a way to stop Barney from telling anyone.
Later at the club, Zack confronts Barney and tries to keep him quiet. Their tense exchange is interrupted when Barney suddenly starts bleeding and collapses, as the injury he sustained in the recent pub explosion has been aggravated.
Zack heads to the hospital as Barney gets urgently checked out by the doctors. He overhears a conversation about blood groups and immediately becomes suspicious about what Nicola could be hiding from him.
Before long, Zack confronts Nicola and asks whether he is Barney's biological father.
Nicola discreetly admits that this is the case, so Zack heads back to the Square to drown his sorrows. His day gets even worse when he receives an unexpected phone call from his ex-fianc?e Whitney Dean.
Meanwhile, Nicola shifts her focus to protecting her secret now that Zack knows the truth. She plays a trump card with Sharon, hoping this will be enough to keep Barney and Teddy Mitchell in the dark.
Nicola is convinced that she has the situation under control ? and even agrees to a family meal at Walford East with Teddy, Sharon and Zack all in attendance. Is she playing with fire?

EastEnders has revealed that Tommy Moon's big storyline will finally be revisited next week.
Tommy has been living away from his family since October, as he was deemed a threat to his younger brothers Bert and Ernie.
The troubled teenager went to live with Zack Hudson, who's a qualified foster carer, but his story has largely been on the back burner ever since.
EastEnders has been exploring abuse within a family, as Tommy has been violent towards his mum Kat and has also been hurting his siblings.
Next week, Kat and Alfie are pleased as they see glimpses of the old Tommy returning.
Tommy steps up to help a friend in need following the recent traumatic events in Walford. He partly credits a friend he has made online, who suggested the idea of a support group.
Alfie and Tommy then come together to host a lads' night for their struggling neighbour.
Later in the week, social worker Lesley visits Tommy's family to announce that he can finally come home.
Although Kat and Alfie are pleased with the news, they're under no illusions over challenges they could face once Tommy is back.
As Tommy settles back into the flat, one of his first priorities is to go online and talk to his mystery internet friend.
Kat breaks the news that she got rid of Tommy's games console, but she promises to get him a new one as soon as possible.
Later in the week, Kat finds it hard to contain her emotions as she's on edge over the possibility of further outbursts from Tommy.
Kat jumps to conclusions when Alfie returns from a kickabout with Tommy and is visibly injured.
She also despairs when a row breaks out over the games console situation, which sees Tommy lose his cool. Is he already falling back into old traps?

Meanwhile, Bianca struggles to face the outside world after what happened, but George tries to reassure her that she isn't at fault. Kat visits Bianca to show her support and is relieved when Bianca starts to open up.
Elsewhere, Tommy looks for ways to help a friend in need, leaving Kat and Alfie proud of him. Later, Alfie and Tommy host a lads' night for the person who is struggling.
