Another virus

I know you are all are clever with computers, but I got a warning today from mircosoft, There is a cute Budwieiser frogs screen saver that is being sent out free via email. Please DO NOT OPEN. It contains a very serious virus.wipes your MSN and can obtain passwords, then computer will crash.

they really annoy me, because it takes about 3 hours to scan all of my computer for viruses, so i have to wait around for 3 hours infront of my pc, without being able to do anything else

f- secure. it's really good at everything else, but it goes through every single file

I've got three different virus programs. One does the spyware, one does the adware and one does the rest!

It is suppose to be random so a mate can get it ok, then pass it on and then the next one gets the virus,

i'm sick of them. why do people bother, they get into trouble for them and the anti virus software picks them up, so not much damage can be done, like it could be before anti virus software

Mine take aaaages. I run them all together though because it's quicker than one after the other.

I have a million checkers.... ad-aware, norton, AVG and zone alarm, yet i still get virus' all the time. I run AVG daily when the computer is first turned on and it has been coming up with tojan horses for months now. I tried to download the microsoft spyware checker (BETA) but it wont work because i dont know some number thing, and i odnt have a clue about how to find it out!

re microsoft antispyware thing, you might have to pay for it...

If its a good one then i would consider it. If its not that brilliant then i wouldn't. Do you have any in mind?

i have F- Secure atm, its good. i know we paid around £40 for it though...

:) it's alright. don't get norton, bewcause i had it and it made my pc continually crash, because it was clashing with the windows anti- virus. f-secure- never a problem

I've got AVG Anti-Virus and that is really good and it's free!
