Next week on Casualty, Dylan covers for Jodie in the aftermath of the tragic car crash, while Nicole struggles on her return to work, and Rash faces a dilemma when he treats his uncle.

For all the details on these stories and more, here is a round-up of all the biggest moments from next week?s episode titled ?On Trial?, as the new boxset ?Public Property? continues.

1. Jodie feels guilty

After the crash which killed his wife Thea, Aaron continues to question what happened and what led to her death. In the relatives' room, Dylan and Jodie assure him that they did all they could, but they have both been deeply affected by Thea?s death.

Jodie feels guilty and thinks that if she hadn?t been drinking at the restaurant, she could have done more to help save Thea. But Dylan reassures her and says that this wouldn?t have made a difference.

2. Nicole returns to work

Nicole grows bored with being on maternity leave, and Ngozi is surprised when she returns to work. But when treating a patient, she overexerts herself and doubles over in pain.

Ngozi is there to support Nicole, but she is concerned that she has come back to work too soon.

3. Dylan tells a lie

When Siobhan mentions that Jodie was drunk at the restaurant, Dylan jumps to her defence. He tells a lie and says that she only had one glass of wine and therefore wasn?t drunk. Jodie is confused about why he has done this, and when she confronts Dylan, he explains that he was just looking out for her.

Dylan also has some explaining to do with Sophia, and he is quick to reassure her that his dinner with Jodie wasn?t a date. But will his lie come back to haunt him and Jodie?

4. Ngozi makes plans

Nicole is grateful for Ngozi?s help with a patient, but she realises that they won?t have long left together because Ngozi is soon returning to Nigeria to be with her son Obi.

However, Ngozi has lots to think about, while Rosie gives Nicole some much-needed encouragement. Will she be able to tell Ngozi how she feels before it?s too late?

5. Rash meets Sean

Rash has a disastrous start to his day when he bumps into new surgeon Sean in the corridor. Sean drops and breaks his phone, and Rash is outraged that he expects him to pay for a replacement.

Rash is later horrified when he finds out that Sean is actually Tariq?s new housemate. Will they be able to make amends?

6. Faith is distracted

It?s the day of Luka?s birthday party, even though he was reluctant to have the celebrations, but Faith has to stay late at work after a stabbing at a gig creates chaos in the ED.

7. Tariq's dad has a fall

Meanwhile, Rash finds out that his uncle Kareem has been brought into the ED after a fall. Tariq is shocked that his dad is in hospital, and he wasn?t notified. But Kareem isn?t happy to see Tariq, who explains that whatever he does for his dad is never right.

Rash ends up taking care of Kareem?s treatment, but he soon discovers an unexpected secret about his uncle. What has he found out?
