Eminem, a tour bus driver and his company have been sued over an accident that took place in July.
The lawsuit, which was filed on Thursday in St. Louis, Missouri by a lorry driver and his wife, seeks an unspecified amount of damages. The suit alleges that Eminem's bus driver swerved onto the hard shoulder of Interstate 70 to avoid slower traffic ahead on the road. It goes on to claim that the lorry driver's vehicle was struck as a result of this, thereby causing injury to those on board and causing a pile-up on the highway.
Eminem was not on the bus at the time of the incident.
