Home And Away spoilers: Who is left with blood on their hands in the gripping season finale
Fatal decision.

https://www.nowtolove.com.au/entertainment/home-and-away-2024-finale-spoilers/

As the weather heats up in Summer Bay, things are taking a chilling turn as Home And Away enters its final week for 2024. Someone will be left with blood on their hands, but who will it be?

In the gripping feature-length season finale, band Lyrik ? Remi (Adam Rowland), Eden (Stephanie Panozzo), Kirby (Angelina Thomson) and Theo (Matt Evans) ? are at a luxurious private estate for a rehearsal, along with Justin (James Stewart), Bree (Juliet Godwin) and Tim (George Pullar).

Eden?s relationship with Tim - who's Eden's sister Abigail's (Hailey Pinto) counsellor - continues to cause tension among family and friends.

Her former fiance Cash (Nicholas Cartwright), for one, has taken to stalking Tim to find out more about him and - despite being reprimanded by his boss for using police resources to do so - refuses to give up until he's proven Eden's beau isn't who he claims to be.

As Eden is driven further from her ex-lover, shadowy characters from Tim's past continue to emerge who could prove more dangerous than her hothead ex and mysterious boyfriend. With many players dragged into the mix, Cash's investigation leads to a tense confrontation with Tim that, as nearby witnesses Justin and Remi can attest, won't end well.

On the other side of the Bay, Harper (Jessica Redmayne), who?s having a baby with Tane (Ethan Browne), faces an impossible decision after she's rushed to hospital with sudden abdominal pains.

Doctor Levi (Tristan Gorey) tells the mum-to-be that as a result of a scan, they've discovered her unborn child has a cyst on their lungs that's putting pressure on their organs and could cause foetal heart failure.

Following further tests, Harper is told an in-utero surgery is available to correct the issue. However, there's a worrying caveat: the surgery could cause her to go into labour prematurely.

As Tane and Harper's sister Dana (Ally Harris) weigh up the pros and cons, a stoic Harper appears to have already made up her mind: if she can avoid it, she's not going to put her child in harm's way.

Can her loved ones convince her to undergo the surgery? Or will Harper's stubbornness cost her not only her baby's life, but her own?

Home And Away airs Monday to Thursday, 7pm on Channel Seven and 7Plus

Home and Away: 2024 finale promo
One of Summer Bay?s favourites will end 2024 with blood on their hands...

https://tvtonight.com.au/2024/11/home-and-away-2024-finale-promo.html

Home and Away?s season final week is teasing ?a blossoming new romance, a life-altering decision, and a night that will see one of Summer Bay?s favourites left with blood on their hands?.?

Seven has now released a promo for finale week starting Monday and wrapping in a triple episode on Wednesday.

An unexpected spark is set to ignite between newcomer Abigail (Hailey Pinto) and surfer hunk, Mali (Kyle Shilling) when Abigail surprises him by organising and successfully pulling off a Gala Day for the board shop. The pair are elated with the crowds the last-minute event has drawn and, caught up in the moment, share a kiss. Could this be the start of the next big romance in Summer Bay?

Elsewhere in the Bay, emotions are running high after an ultrasound picks up a complication with Harper?s (Jessica Redmayne) unborn baby.

When Levi (Tristan Gorey) explains the baby?s condition to Tane (Ethan Browne) and Harper, the expectant parents are faced with an impossible decision: to wait and hope the issue rectifies itself on its own, or to go ahead with a rare and risky in-utero surgery. Harper fears for her unborn child ? nobody is operating on her baby, but by not having the surgery Harper is endangering her own life. Will Harper change her mind and consent to the risky surgery?

Meanwhile, Wednesday?s feature-length season final kicks off with the Lyrik gang ? Remi (Adam Rowland), Eden (Stephanie Panozzo), Kirby (Angelina Thomson), Theo (Matt Evans) ? heading out of town to a luxurious private estate for a band rehearsal getaway. Justin (James Stewart), Bree (Juliet Godwin) and Eden?s new boyfriend Tim (George Pullar), have also tagged along for the trip. Eden and Tim hope to spend some quality time together, away from Cash (Nicholas Cartwright), who has been spiraling in his obsession to ?protect? Eden from Tim.

But trouble arises when Cash turns up uninvited with a serious warning message he wants to get to Eden. Are his concerns legitimate? Or has the broken cop finally snapped and done the unthinkable?

7.00pm Monday, 18 November ? Wednesday, 20 November on Seven.

Home and Away spoilers: Harper is given a tricky ultimatum in order to save her baby boy
A tough choice.

https://www.nowtolove.com.au/entertainment/home-and-away/home-and-away-spoilers-harper-2024-finale-baby-surgery/

A pregnant Harper is given a shocking diagnosis in the gripping Home And Away season finale this week.

However, what may prove to be even more shocking to her friends and family is her reaction to it.

Doctor Levi (Tristan Gorey) is rocked when he discovers Harper's (Jessica Redmayne) unborn baby boy is found to have a small cyst on his lung, and it's putting pressure on his organs. Breaking the news to Harper and the baby?s father, Tane (Ethan Browne), Levi says she needs to have an in-utero surgery, otherwise it could cause foetal heart failure.

While he tries to reassure the mother-to-be that the surgery is the best chance they have, he legally has to outline the risks associated: it could trigger premature labour. Plus, Levi has never performed this type of surgery.

Needless to say, Harper's decision is immediate and a resounding "no way".

"Harper is so scared at the thought that major surgery could be detrimental to her baby's health and chance of survival," Jessica tells TV WEEK.

It's now up to her inner circle to try to convince her that the best thing is to have the surgery, but a stoic Harper is not budging. The longer she leaves it, the more her baby, and herself, are at risk.

"She doesn't believe her baby will survive the surgery and she thinks she can control her blood pressure and bring him back to health naturally," Jessica adds.

And the drama doesn't stop there.

As Cash's (Nicholas Cartwright) illicit investigation into Eden?s (Stephanie Panozzo) new boyfriend Tim (George Pullar) reaches dangerous new levels, a fresh threat emerges in the form of Tim's jilted ex-lover Nerida (Ellie Gall).

Cash has found Tim's car vandalised and Eden's home ransacked. While he can't pin it all on Nerida, he needs to ensure Eden is as far away from Tim as possible just in case things turn ugly.

It's just bad luck that Eden is now away with Tim at a luxurious - and secluded - retreat.

And it's the perfect setting for all hell to break loose.

Home and Away Season Finale airs Monday to Wednesday, 7pm on Channel Seven.

Home and Away airs huge Cash Newman cliffhanger in season finale
Danger away from the Bay.

https://www.digitalspy.com/soaps/home-and-away/a62964860/home-and-away-spoilers-cash-newman-season-finale/

Major Home and Away spoilers follow from Wednesday's season finale in Australia (November 20), which some UK viewers may prefer to avoid.

Home and Away has aired its final episode of the year in Australia, leaving fans on a big cliffhanger involving Cash Newman.

Cash was left with blood on his hands in the closing moments of the season finale episode, following weeks of tension between him and his love rival Tim Russell.

In recent weeks, Cash has struggled with his jealousy after seeing his ex-fianc?e Eden Fowler move on with newcomer Tim.

Tim was introduced as a therapist for Eden's younger sister Abigail, which raised questions over his professionalism when he crossed the line by dating Eden.

Nerida Mullins, a past client of Tim's, later arrived on the scene after being contacted by Cash. She claimed that Tim had broken the rules by pursuing an inappropriate relationship with her too.

Cash united Nerida and Abigail to both make formal complaints to Tim's employer, but he was horrified when he later realised that Nerida was a fantasist and her allegations had no merit.

In Wednesday's episode, Eden headed off to a remote luxury villa with her Lyrik bandmates to enjoy two weeks of uninterrupted rehearsal time.

The reunited group needed time away following noise complaints from neighbours over their recent performances at home, so they made the most of the opportunity by bringing along some guests.

Eden got Tim on board to join in the fun, Remi invited his girlfriend Bree Cameron, and band manager Justin Morgan also tagged along.

Back in the Bay, Cash was horrified to find Eden's home trashed and Tim's car vandalised outside ? seemingly by an unstable Nerida.

With Eden stubbornly ignoring his phone calls, Cash headed off to the villa to warn her that her connections to Tim were painting a target on her back.

Once Cash arrived, he found himself in a heated showdown with Tim, who was struggling to trust his words of warning after the police officer's erratic behaviour in recent months.

The clash turned violent before the scene cut away. Cash was then shown regaining consciousness the next morning, finding blood on his hands and a lifeless Tim nearby.

The scene looked damning as Justin rushed over and found Cash in a highly incriminating situation with Tim. Did Cash go too far, or is he about to be framed for a crime committed by Nerida?

Home and Away fans in the UK will see these scenes on Channel 5 in March.

The Summer Bay soap has confirmed a return date of Monday, January 13 in Australia, while the UK return date has yet to be confirmed.

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.45pm on Channel 5, with repeat screenings at 6pm on 5STAR and first-look screenings at 6.30pm on 5STAR. Selected classic episodes are available via Prime Video in the UK.

SPOILER ALERT!

For any Neighbours fans, it seems that Craig Hall, who played Victor Stone in Neighbours, will be making an appearance in Summer Bay. There is a photo around at the Northern Districts Police Station where he is standing behind Rose & next to, it appears to be, Ellie Gall, who plays Nerida (who is in handcuffs?). We will see what role he plays...

I can't find the original photo, which was posted by a cast member a while back, but hopefully this link works:

Also, someone posted this video last month of behind-the-scenes filming (which won't, of course, be seen on air till sometime next year). It appears that Theo may be caught up somehow in the return of the River Boys, & we see Cash, & other police, seemingly arresting some River Boys. Eden is also seen near the end of the clip.
