A man has been arrested for allegedly trespassing at the home of actress Jennifer Aniston.
David Hesterbey, 48, of Santa Barbara, California, was arrested after reports that he entered the former Friends star's home in Malibu on Thursday.
Sheriff's Sgt Ken Scheurn said two of Aniston's employees told police Mr Hesterbey walked into the home and said he was "looking for Jennifer".
Mr Hesterbey is being held in custody in lieu of $500 (£278) bail.
Authorities said one of the employees confronted the man but he ran off towards the beach, jumping over a fence on the way.
'Unlocked door'
It was on the beach that Mr Hesterbey was arrested, the Sheriff's Department said.
It is thought he entered the house through an unlocked door but it is not known whether Aniston was at home.
This week, it was revealed a judge has approved the divorce of Aniston and Brad Pitt, ending their four-year marriage.
The divorce will become final on 2 October, according to court papers.
