Well, just slightly over. I think the day it went live was 23rd Feb at 17:00 hours, but I'll double check that. It could be a few days earlier.
Thanks to all those that have helped make soapboards a success. We couldn't have done it without you. Here's to the next six months!

Happy Birthday soap boards I joined in March and although I havent posted as much as some people I have really enjoyed my time on here so far.You launched on my birthday :cheer: The best thing about the boards is lots of interesting reading and nice friends to cheer you up and listen to you, the worst thing we all know what that was and I think its been mentioned enough on here. Heres to the next six months.

Ok first of all I like to make my short and silly speech :p
I joined Soapboards in 25-02-2005. Six months ago I didn't know how to reply to posts... now look at me!! Thanks to great friends on here.. I will name a few... Layne, Chris, Rob Jade, Steff, Dawn, GR, Rach, Leanne, Dr.Tangliss, Abi, Angeldelight, di marco, true.moon, Samantha Nixon, Trintity and plenty more.. sorry if I missed your name but I would have proably just said the whole board :p.. Soapboards have been named.. A great board!! Now I like you all to raise you glasses *raises glass of Posh Champagne :p* To Soapboards... everyone!!

i know its terrible,hopefully il still be able to find the time to come on after baby 3! have to be when they are all in bed!

neither do i as i made some great mates on the bbc boards and that closed down and i dont want to loose all my mates on here aswell, but the boards is so good i dont think it will ever close down

Well done to everyone who runs the boards, you know we love ya!
My short speech:
I never thought i'd get (slightly too much) addicted to a web site, but i am. Its great, its fab! Has the best members as well.... Spicy, tangliss, stacey, true.moon, trinity, katie, layne, debs, chance, rob, vikki...... way too many to mention (sorry if i forgot your name, you know i luv ya!). So all i can say is, congrats! Heres to the next million 6 months's! :D

Good idea :D Hmm.. put internet thingy banners on everypage saying Happy Birthday Soapboards.. Like them ones you see Make Poverty History ones on some sites.. Like that but in Happy Birthday :D
like a default thing, so that everyone has to do it!
Could have a banner competition for it :D

Before you enter the hompage there could be a before homepager where it says Happy Birthday Soapboards.. You're one year old!! or something??
we could change the "soapboards" logo at the top for the day. Put a ballon on the tele, cover it in confetti, something like that :D
happy 6 months birthday soapboards. it seems like a lot longer than that!! had a brill time posting here, the friendliest board around.
