Nicole Richie finds it hard to keep up with media opinions on her figure.
Although the Simple Life star is generally known for being slim, there was a period following her period in rehab for heroin use where she put on weight and was branded 'voluptuous'.
She noted that she realised that it was a point of obsession for the media when she was promoting the first season of the reality show.

"But to be honest, it really wasn't something I thought about. Sometimes, it seems like they just don't have anything better to focus on. Some people I know live for the spotlight. They completely get off on it and that's their while entire life."
