Prince Harry's best friend offered 'Celeb' role

Prince Harry's best friend has been offered £50,000 to appear on the next series of I'm A Celebrity, according to The Sun today.

Guy Pelly, 23, is thought to be "very excited" about the opportunity, which could lead to a showbiz career.

Royal aides are said to be less enthusiastic, however. "Pelly has been a very, very bad influence on Harry," one told the newspaper. "The last thing we would want is him on wall-to-wall TV talking about the prince."

I'm A Celeb returns to ITV for a fifth series in November.

Hmm strange choice, he's not a celeb although some of them that go on there are pretty Z list! I love this show, looking forward to it coming back.

I get addicted and watch the live feeds and then get so stressed when they cut the sound/image and go to like a tree or something!! lol

I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here! producers are hoping that Nikki Sanderson will agree to appear in the show's fifth series.

The Coronation Street actress, better known as hairdresser Candice Stowe, is expected to be approached alongside her real-life boyfriend Danny Young, who starred in the soap as Warren Baldwin.

"There's a wishlist for the fifth series and they are up there," a source told The Mirror. "They'd make terrific TV."

Rodney Marsh, Ian Wright, Jan Leeming, Leilani Dowding and Jakki Degg are also on the wishlist. The show returns in November.
