The stats in real life are much better! Only 1 in 3 marriages end in divorce so you would have a better change in the real east end

Marriages in Eastenders are often ruined because the actor/actress who plays one half of that couple decides to leave.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed for Dot and Jim though!! :cheer:

Well Arthur had an affair then got sent to jail and then died not a very happy marriage for them

Yeah, Dot and Jim have had a perfect marriage. No affairs or anything although that was that incident with Dot's driving instructor.
