So, who have you liked so far? I liked that 16 year old boy with the squeeky voice who when he sang was so powerful. The blonde one? Know who I mean? :cheer:
yeah he was quite good,very surprised it came from his body though.that boyband were good.i can see why simon went off on one over that guy that sharon and louis liked he was naff.did you notice louis have a go at ronan? sour grapes huh? felt sorry for that girl that believed she was 'that' good,bit embarressing her mum and sister and b/f begging though.

felt sorry for her how she asssumed it was her looks that stopped her from getting through and how she thinks she is a failure at everything she does,her family although they thought they were being supportive were really making things worse,they were basically agreeing that her life was now over.

Apparently theres some porn star woman who's through and in the final 60 it was in the paper today, im sure Simon was the first one to say "yes" to her lol
Next week looks good, that little coloured lad ive heard is meant to be just like a young Michael Jackson.
But that other young 16 year old blonde haired boy, aww how sweet, he looked so humbled. Great voice.
I still dont think any of them are amazing, i think thats due to the fact ive watched literally every episode of American Idol and us Brits aint a patch on them

Yeah exactly, I think Simon knows more than those auditioning and at the end of the episode when that woman was so upset her daughter dind't get through and she was like 'Simon doesn't know anything' and 'hes wrecked my daughter's life' its like Simon knows talent, and your daughter is talentless you stupid cow.

Lol i know. She had quite a nice voice, but not good enough. I still havent seen anyone out of all the British shows that have been amazing, i still prefer American Idol. The only talented person i love is Lemar, hes an amazing singer
I like that girl who sung Saving all my Love for You, she was called Alexandra or something I think. She was brilliant. That boyband the brothers weren't bad either and they were quite fit. Can't believe Louis and Sharon put "Justine" through to the next round. What were they thinking?

I think it was to annoy simon probably just like they did with Chiko. The young lad that sang Sacrifice was very good, I think his name was Shane, I think he will go far because of his awesome voice and great looks.

I know. She was sweet, and he was really nice to her, but she must know she doesnt have much of a chance. I loved how she had to stand closer because she couldnt see them properly though!

Someone i know entered to but i haven't seen him in a while so i don't know if he got through or not, i haven't seen him on any of the auditions things yet! but he has the most amazing voice! x
Wow tell us if you see him on the auditions. I don't know anyone that entered but my friend says she'll enter next year, when she turns 16 as a joke lol, don't know if she actually will though.

From tonights how i really like Sharon!
:lol: the way her and Lewie were just laughing over that spanish lady! she had the right giggles all the way thorugh bless her. :rotfl: it was sooo funny. Then Lewie said yes and Simon was like what, then when sharon said yes he was like oh my god! It was him who started it off by laughing when she first opened her mouth! :lol:
I'm really warming to all three. Though i have to say i dont liek Sharon's soft side... she does seem to let the ones who cry and beg go through when they arent that good!
Lewie is mr nasty now! lol he's funny but it doesnt suit him. when he said ' you cant sing! and the one on the left's just an idiot!'

The thing is her mum probably had so much believe in her that she thought she would get through, and when told no it was a huge letdown. The thing is in programmes like this you have to take criticism, maybe louis could have been more tactful but the music buisness is cruel at times.

exactly i mean abba were never the best of groups vocally but everyone loved them!!!! a group that sings fun loving songs will stay for a long time and provide entertainement, tehres only a certain amount of "long and winding road" and "bridge over troubled waters" style songs that i cant bear

I aslo liked erm the boy bands Brothers, with the two sets of brothers in and fourtune the onbes that were also init last year.
and Chico. lol and erm that 18 year old girl who was in sharons bootcamp last year but didnt get much further. she's really good.

yeah i agree. i think he has charn and the looks but he really cant sing! i felt like that last year wiht Steve. ok he was a better singer but he was great now look where he's gone. and i now remeber who chico reminds me off. lol watchin the second part of it tonight made me relaise it is actually steve who he reminds me off, they have the same eyes and the same face. (If you have my weird imagination.lol) not a good choice.
anothewr thing that wound me up was i heard Louis sayin something like
"some people disapointed me tonight who i know can do better and some people did better tonight than i ever thought they could do. i gave two people a second chance after their efforts tonight werent great and they mucked up!"
He's basically saying that those people he's givin a second chance may as well not even botherd turning up because they showed such an impact in the auditions that he didnt need to see them again where as other people tried their hardest and put all their effort in and he just ignored it, there are only a certain number of spaces and by letting those two people in it means letting two people who gave their all, go home. i think its a bit unfair, the people who werent as good pbviously knew they had to try harder for a chance to live their dream, they might as well of not botherd beacuse he'd already made up his mind! (Although saying this one of the people he did give a second chance i liked and was actually glad depite him messing up, but i think its so unfair on the others!) :angry:

Out of the three boybands, I like 4Tune and the brothers, but not 4thbase! they look like death and i dont think they can sing, not as well as the others any way. they wont all be as lucky as to go into the final 4, they are too alike. i hate those blonde brothers, lol somehting south is it, lol or those girls who remind me of the corrs!
i love Shane :wub:, his voice is really good. i also like James but not liking trevor, and i like is it Chani??? that 18 year old who got so close to the live shows last yr in sharons group.

yeah i agree, thought he was really good, but when there are only 7 places you cant really put all of the ones oyu like in, you have to start looking a bit further as to whoi is really better, he was rubbish at all but others stood out and were better singers than he was.

I Think all the judges made serious mistakes especially louis - my four faves were trevor, james, shane and alexandra - he only put 1 through! Sharon should have put richie n joanne through instead of chico n brenda! and as for simon putting attictiv ladies through - wat is he thinkin? 4th base were a lot better than them! :hmm: :angry: :nono: :crying:

i missed it last night and when i read the paper this morning i was really shocked!!!!
i was totally disgusted at all three of them - at the start of this series they all said this year would be different and they would not make it personal like last year - they have all picked people to put into their final 4 that will wind the other judges up.
I also thought that simon was wrong in putting that irish girl band through (cant remember there names sister something) but when you think about it what would wind louis up more than ever......siomon winning with an irish band!!!
i thought that too that would really get louis going!!!
i think some of the choices were good and some not so good!! how he could put addictiv ladies through is beyond me they are not that great, at least he had the sense to put 4tune through, and i am sure it will get to louis as he did not put them through last year.
i dont think it will get to louis about 4tune because i think he was right in saying they just weren't ready last year. chani (sp) has a really good chance and i have the feeling that chico will be gone in the first couple of weeks.
i think chicco will go quite early too, and they irish girls will go too. i suppose we will have to wait and see on the night and see how they perform
I am so annoyed that Alexandra, James and 4th ba5e didn't get in! :mad: I was so sure that they'd get through easily! I wanted James to go through so much! The conway sisters and addictive ladies, should not have gone through! This years a bad year. The always happens with talent shows. Look at pop idol 2. No one from that one has done any singing at all!

I can't believe he got rid of Trevor. Why allow 16yr olds through if the only reason you don't put them through is because you think they are too young to cope with the live shows??
some 16 yr olds are more mature than others, so they have to get to know the contestant to know wether they would cope or not, he will probably be back next year. it was a shame as he was very good

What was the point of putting Chico through. He just lessens Sharrons chances of winning. He'll be gone in the first week. Why do they always have to have one joke contenstant?
I was very annoyed that Trevor didn't get through. And that rock type guy who sang the U2 song. Really didn't get why Sharron didn't pick him. He was great.

I think Louis has the best group this year. closley followed by sharon. Louis was the only one out of the three to get all his artists through.
I'm glad adictiv Ladies went. i didnt like them they couldnt really sing as well as the others.
I think that Maria, Andy, Nicolas, Shayne, Chenia, 4tune, will go far. they are my favourites. i also like Philip and i think journery south are ok. they suprised me last night i didnt liek them but they were really good last night.
I think Louis has the hardest job this year though. the three boys in his group are quite shy and unconfident. they are young but talented. i think that someone them but not go as far beacuse of this. like for example when they said who was in the difference in reaction froom Nicolas and Maria who were cheerin and crying to the reaction from Shayne. it looks as though he's not bothered either way but he's a good singer and if you listen carefully you can tell he is he's just shy.
Chico really needs to go. ok he's a good performer the best out of them all but he's one of the worst singers, actually he is the worst singer. i think that Louis only chose him to stay to get at simon, because all the time he's been saying how bad chico is, (ok he put him though at the auditions) but he's been agreeing with simon that he cant sing. i noticed this last year too and i think its unfair on the contestants if the judges are only going to kick people out if they dont want their mentor to win.

(ok, they got dropped but if they entertained a bit more instead of singing they would have a bit more money now) louis walsh deserves to be slapped with a large wet tunafish!
brenda, maria and andy were excellent! if sharon had put someone good like haifa through, she could have won x factor easily with all her contestants being that good!
i thought 4tune were quite good, but agree that the rest should be more relaxed. didn't like the outfits or the hair - before they would dress in the same colours but in different styles of clothes that matched their personalities and all had different hair styles and colours - now they look too similar and don't have their uniqueness. conway sisters were very good, the song wasn't that bad, but maybe something a bit different (liked their outfits - all glittery and all wearing fab boots :D ) journey south were fab, couldn't say a bad word against them. liked addictiv ladies outfit's though, not keen on fleur's top though.
journey south have the best voices followed by shayne. I think Chico has got to go next week i really cannot stick him.

I agree. 4tune should never have sung that song. they looked like four gay pub holiday rep entertainers. they were so cheesy it made me cringe! they need a better song and thye would have been great.
Shyane is good looking :wub: i agree he has a great voice but isnt very exciting. i think its down to him being shy as Louis said. he needs a bit more umph. i think he can go far once he over comes the shyness. but his performace (Singing wise) was excellent!
i didnt like Brenda, i dont like her voice, she's good and powerful but so are andy, maria and chenai i think they were loads better and their songs sutied them. how can simon say her song was too old for her. ist Katie mellua around her age and its was only in the charts recently.

yeah, 'the closest thing to crazy' was a recent song, but it is still very old fashioned sounding, has crap lyrics ("feeling 22, acting 17" makes me cringe every time!), it's a very simple tune and is well, pretty rubbish really. It certainly didn't suit Chenia.

I don't quite get why the judges rave so much about Andy, Shane and Nicholas. Yes they can all sing but aside from the fact that they're all good looking and seem like nice guys, they're very ordinairy - nothing exciting atall.

I like Maria best at the moment. I think the final 3 will be Shane, Nicholas and Maria. The final battle will be between Shane and Nicholas.

I think the first week the song choice really did nt do anything for there voices.
But i am now thinking how can they top the performances they did on saturday.

Its the blonde one. i forgot her name but she's only 18 so i asume she is still in school, probably her final year thats how it would be over in the uk dunno bout ireland.
I thought sos wasnt very good but raise me up was better it was great. but i think the song they are going ot sing on saturday will deffinatly win them votes. i dont particualy like them but this song is a favourite of mine! cant wait to see how they perform it.

I dont really watch the X Factor, I gave up on it when trevor and Daniel were kicked out but I loved Brenda this week, when she sung Midnight train to georgia, i was like wow.

im sad that phil is out but am so glad that shayne is still here! im very excited as im going to the x factor live concert in glasgow in february!
