It seems Doctor Who starlet Billie Piper, who had a number one single at 15, didn't really want to be a pop star. She says she always wanted to be an actor really, but maybe she's got a Rose-tinted view of it after jumping on-board the Tardis.

Gwen Stefani may not be at the MTV Awards this year after organisers decided they didn't want her to perform. They fancy other acts more, so now Gwen is rumoured to have said she's not going unless she can sing too.
