I have to say though, I like a big man!! Paul is 16 1/2 stone and it is muscle, but its not over the top. He is naturally big boned and is strong mostly because of the work we do, he just builds on that. But muscle structure like these pics do not belong to a woman - anyways, by the time they have taken all of the steroids etc they need to to get into this sort of shape, they're pretty much male at the end of it!!!!

Where can I get conversions from stone to pounds ??? I find it totally fascinating when u say 16 and half stone.. i just don't know how to calculate that into pounds... My Dutchie is 6 feet and 3 inches tall and i am barely 5 feet one inch.. u guys do use inches and feet right ??? I am learning so bear with me gang :p
