Kat's upset when she finds out Phil has been keeping secrets

MONDAY
Kat Slater has a shock conversation with her ex Alfie Moon, when he admits that their son Tommy Moon punched him the stomach.
Tommy was kicking off after finding out that he was being made a fool of on social media in a video showing him being publicly told off by his dad.
Following the incident, Alfie and Tommy's stepdad Phil Mitchell decided to take matters into their own hands. He'd already lashed out at Kat in another incident and the situation was threatening to get out of control.
Encouraging Tommy to see that he couldn't go around hitting his loved ones, they took him down the Boxing Den to train properly in the ring.
The whole deal is news to Kat, however, who is stunned by her son's continuing violent outbursts! She's also angry with fiance Phil for keeping it secret from her.
What Kat doesn't realise is that Phil's been keeping it all under wraps partly for Alfie's sake, as the punch led to Alfie going to hospital and discovering he may have prostate cancer.
In trying to placate Kat, Phil lets slip about Alfie's cancer worries and reveals that his results are due out today. Terrified for her former husband, Kat drops everything to be with him at the hospital.
After supporting Alfie, a frazzled Kat returns home and she confronts Phil yet again. Furious with him for keeping such big secrets from her, the couple have a massive row.
Are their wedding plans about to be derailed?
Stacey Slater is shattered after a sleepless night now that they have a baby in the house! Little Charli has been unsettled and new grandma Stacey has taken charge, not trusting teen mum Lily Slater to cope.
Fed up by her mum's interference, Lily assures Stacey that she's capable of looking after her own daughter and she encourages Stacey to go to work at the bap van with Eve Unwin.
Still unsure that it's a good idea, Stacey finds herself talked into it and heads to the market.
It seems Stacey's fears are about to come true, when Charli's granddad Jack Branning marches over to the bap van. He reveals that he's just found Lily with Charli and the baby's dad Ricky Mitchell clowning around with the baby!
Horrified and feeling humiliated by Jack's fury that she left Lily and the baby alone, Stacey rips off her apron and heads out to find Lily.
Dragging her daughter home, she warns her that she's NOT happy with her reckless behaviour!
Jay Brown is suspicious when his daughter Lexi Pearce is being unusually secretive about her phone.
Determined to find out what she's been up to, he's alarmed when he realises that she's been texting her grandma Emma Harding, who is back in the Square!
Emma reveals they've been having a back-and-forth conversation for weeks, and Lexi has admitted she's been struggling.
Emma tells Jay that she's really worried about her granddaughter but Jay doesn't want to hear anything Emma has to say and he chucks her out of the house.
When Callum Highway finds out what's been going on, he urges Jay to let Emma speak and find out what's been going on with Lexi.
Jay has a decision to make when Emma asks to meet up with him tomorrow...
Whitney Dean is delighted when she talks to the fostering service and they are encouraging about her and boyfriend Zack Hudson applying to be foster carers.
The only concern they have is that Whitney and Zack are living in shared accommodation and Whitney is told that she and Zack will need their own place.
Chelsea Fox is pleased for her friend but she's sad to realise that Whitney and Zack will be moving out.
TUESDAY
Emma Harding shocked Jay Brown when she returned to Albert Square.
The absent grandma has NOT been welcome in Walford ever since Emma abandoned her dying daughter Lola Pearce for a second time, unable to cope with her advancing illness from a brain tumour.
When Emma first turned up in the Square, she secretly slipped granddaughter Lexi Pearce her phone number and it seems they've been having clandestine chats ever since.
Lexi's dad Ben Mitchell has already insisted that Emma stay out of their lives for good, not wanting Lexi to get hurt again. When he finds out that Emma's turned up like a bad penny, he is fuming and bans her from seeing her granddaughter.
Ben's mum Kathy Beale can understand Ben's point of view, but she cautions him to put Lexi's feelings first and let her have a relationship with her grandmother.
Lexi's other dad Jay Brown has agreed to meet up with Emma to find out what's been going on. When she shows him the heartbreaking messages that Lexi has been sending her, he's horrified...
Emma explains that Lexi has wanted to put on a brave face in front of her three dads, Jay, Ben and Ben's husband Callum Highway. Knowing that they're all struggling with their own grief. Emma has been the only person that Lexi felt she could be honest with.
Realising that Lexi really does need Emma in her life, Jay agrees to talk to Ben about letting them have time together.
Chelsea Fox is feeling down about Whitney Dean and Zack Hudson moving out of her house. The friends have had a nice little family situation going and Whitney has been a good aunty to Chelsea's little boy Jordan.
Chelsea is genuinely happy for Whitney and Zack's new chapter, as they move into their own place to become foster parents. Confiding in mum Denise Fox, Chelsea reveals she's sad about being left on her own.
A worried Denise suggests that she and Jordan move back in with her and hubby Jack Branning.
Although appreciating her mum's kind offer, Chelsea realises that it's not practical and she admits her dilemma to boyfriend Ravi Gulati.
Instantly spying an opportunity, Ravi suggests that he and his son Nugget Gulati could move in with her instead. It's a big step to move in together and Chelsea's not sure it's the best idea.
Keen to win her round, Ravi puts forward all the reasons why it would be a good thing but Chelsea later admits to Whitney that she thinks it's too soon in their relationship.
After Whit encourages Chelsea to take a leap of faith, she tells Ravi the good news.
One person who is DEFINITELY not happy about the couple's plans is Denise, who furiously warns Ravi that one day, Chelsea will see what kind of man he really is...
Phil Mitchell is frustrated that fiancee Kat Slater is giving him the silent treatment, after finding out that he's been keeping things from her.
Sharing his troubles with ex Sharon Watts, he's given a bit of a hope after she encourages him to sort things out.
When Phil turns up at the cab office with a box of chocs and a hatful of apologies, however, Kat is less than impressed and sends him away with a flea in his ear!
Fuming with her rejection, he storms over to the club to have a bit of alone time and he's frustrated when Emma Harding barges in and demands a gin and tonic...
Meanwhile, Sharon is playing mediator and she speaks to Kat, encouraging her not to let things go too far with Phil. Kat sees the sense in Sharon's words and she goes looking for her hubby-to-be in an attempt to make up.

Worried that Stacey is coming on too strong with her teenage mum daughter, Jean Slater encourages her to let her make her own mistakes, insisting it's the only way she'll learn.
WEDNESDAY
Denise Fox is fuming over her daughter Chelsea Fox's decision to let boyfriend Ravi Gulati move in with her!
She's just about kept her lip buttoned over their relationship, despite knowinghow manipulative and dangerous Ravi is but this is one step too far.
After Denise's near affair with charming ex-con Ravi, Denise knows how easy it is to get drawn in by him.
She saw the real man behind the mask when she put a stop to their flirtation and he blackmailed her before making a beeline for Chelsea.
It soon became clear the REAL reason he was getting up close and personal with the Fox ladies was to find out if Denise's copper hubby Jack Branning was investigating him for his criminal goings on!
Chelsea dumped him when she found out the truth but he had fallen for her hard and he talked her into getting back with him.
After Denise makes it abundantly clear to Chelsea that letting Ravi move in is a really bad idea, Chelsea realises that she needs to try and talk her mum into some kind of truce with Ravi and his family.
When Chelsea arranges a drinks party for the two families, Denise reluctantly agrees to go. Jack points out that she needs to be there for Chelsea, as well as keeping a watch on Ravi.
Things look set to kick off, however, when Denise overhears Gina and Anna Knight rowing about Ravi dealing drugs to Gina and she tells Jack she's going to report Ravi to the police.
Jack warns her to hold fire and they go to the party at Chelsea's. It's not long before a massive argument breaks out and Chelsea starts throwing accusations at her mum.
Denise storms out of the house in a huff but she's hiding a secret...
She's taken Ravi's laptop. Will she find anything incriminating that will get of Ravi for good?
Phil Mitchell sneaks back into the house in the morning, after staying out all night following their row.
After his failed attempt to win round fiancee Kat Slater with chocolates, who was fuming at him for keeping secrets, he ended up at the club to think things through.
Kat agrees to hear Phil out and he promises her that he'll be straight with her from now on. But is he keeping even more from her?
When a newly returned Emma Harding passes by and gives Phil a coy look, he's left rattled...
Meanwhile, Kat finds out that there's been a cancellation at the register office and making a decision, she books a slot.
The wedding is next week!
Also, Keanu Taylor gets bad news about daughter Peggy Mitchell when he's sent an injunction from Peggy's gran Lisa Fowler. Meanwhile, Ben Mitchell is fuming when Emma Harding promises granddaughter Lexi Pearce that she'll never leave her again, knowing that Emma is NOT good at keeping promises!
THURSDAY
Sharon Watts has recently had her life turned upside down yet again by ex-lover Keanu Taylor.
The pair embarked on a steamy affair back in 2018 when Sharon was still married to Phil Mitchell, which resulted in baby Albie.
Phil Mitchell took a hit out on Keanu Taylor and it was thought he was dead, until he turned up alive and well in 2022.
Despite her reservations, Sharon took Keanu back when he promised his undying love. But after various unsavoury revelations, including the fact that he'd had a fling with Sam Mitchell in Portugal, Sharon nearly broke things off.
In the end, Keanu was the one who did the dumping, after finding out that Sharon had helped Lisa Fowler flee Walford with Keanu's daughter Peggy Mitchell.
Single once again, Sharon has been throwing herself into managing her businesses, including the Boxing Den at the gym, but she's intrigued when it seems a big opportunity might be on the way...
Talking to boxing promoter, Dorian, her ears prick up when he tells her about the brilliant business opportunities and lifestyle in Abu Dhabi.
Although Sharon is dismissive, it's clear that Dorian's words have got her thinking and she has even more food for thought when she finds out that Phil and his fiancee Kat Slater are getting married next week.
Will she consider cutting her losses and start a new life abroad?
Stacey Slater has been acting like an overly protective mother hen with teenage daughter Lily Slater.
The 13-year-old Lily has just had baby Charli after shockingly falling pregnant to schoolfriend Ricky Mitchell.
It's understandable that Stacey would feel the need to interfere in looking after Charli, as Lily is so young, but her constant nit-picking at Lily is causing tension in the house.
Stacey's mum Jean Slater realises that there's something more going on, and she's still afraid after her terrifying experience with stalker Theo Hawthorne.
Reminding Stacey that Theo is out of her life and he won't be causing trouble again, Jean insists that Lily and Charli are safe and Lily needs to learn how to be a mum.
Comforted by Jean's words, she agrees to back off. But when she goes outside she finds something horrifying...

Alfie tells Kat about Tommy lashing out at him, adding that he and Phil have been dealing with the issue. Kat confronts Phil for keeping secrets from her, but this causes him to accidentally reveal Alfie's cancer scare.
When Kat learns that Alfie will receive his results today, she joins him at the hospital. Later, Kat and Phil argue further over the secrets and lies.
Meanwhile, Lily convinces Stacey to let her take care of baby Charli without her help. However, when Lily and Ricky go out, Jack is furious to spot them clowning around with the new arrival. Jack warns Stacey, who drags Lily home.
Elsewhere, Emma returns to Walford and reveals that she's worried about Lexi, who has been messaging her for weeks. Jay kicks Emma out, but Callum thinks that he needs to listen to Emma's warnings.
Also today, Chelsea is unhappy to learn that Whitney will be moving out, because she and Zack need their own place before applying to become foster parents.

Phil tries to make amends with Kat after some advice from Sharon, but it's no use. He gets himself into a state and heads to the club in the hope of some time alone, but Emma arrives and demands a drink.
Sharon's peace-making efforts continue as she tries speaking to Kat, who goes looking for Phil.
Meanwhile, Ravi suggests that he and Nugget could move in with Chelsea, hoping to take the next step in their relationship.
Chelsea tells Whitney that she isn't sure she's ready, but ends up going for it following some advice from her friend. Denise is horrified by the news and warns Ravi that it's only a matter of time before Chelsea sees what he's really like.
Elsewhere, Ben bans Emma from seeing Lexi, but Jay starts to think this isn't a good idea after seeing the upsetting messages that Lexi has been sending to her gran.
Also today, Jean questions Stacey and Lily's approach when they try to pretend everything is perfect for the social worker.

Chelsea arranges drinks at Number 1 for her and Ravi's families, hoping that it will bring everyone together. However, in the build-up to the gathering, Denise overhears Gina and Anna talking about Ravi's drug-dealing. Although Denise wants to go to the police, Jack urges her to be cautious.
Later, there's tension at the party and Chelsea throws accusations at Denise. Denise storms out, but she secretly takes Ravi's laptop with her.
Meanwhile, Emma promises never to leave Lexi again when Jay allows her to see the youngster, but Ben has other ideas.
Elsewhere, Phil makes peace with Kat after staying out all night, but he rushes off when he sees Emma. Kat makes a booking to marry Phil at the registry office next week when she learns that there's a cancellation.
Also today, Keanu receives an injunction from Lisa's solicitor.
