It may have been edited, but to me it seams that someone has made her pose for a photo so they can shock her into realising what she looks like. Although the physical symptons of this illness are horrific, primarily its a mental illness.

It is sad to see someone that thin I got this picture and 4 other ones of girls even thinner, its so sad what the mind can do to you.I have been deiting for a while now and have lost nearly 3 stone,but I know when to stop.

Also its not necessairly about body image it can be about a control thing, as in there are lots of things going on in a persons likfe that they cant control but eating/not eating they can control

no the media thing doesnt help at all, but people dont relaise that once you get to a point thin hair grows all over your body and your teeth start falling out (hair to keep your body warm). Not attractive

That picture is of Lindsay lohan! It's a fake, its obviously be doctored. I've seen the real one on a website and she looks nowhere near that thin.
