You need to speak to him then my dear. try to tell him straight that you want to be more than friends. but try and speak to him at a time when you're alone and you're unlikely to be interupted. If you can't tell him (I would probably bottle it!) then try and bring up the subject of relationships with him, try and get a feel as to whether he feels the same way. How old are you by the way?

i really like this guy i went to school with we met up last sat for the 1st time in 5 years, then again this sat just me him, my mate and his mate who my mates likes. he knows i like him, he told my mate when i went to the toilet that he liked me. when the taxi pulled up outside mine he got out with me we hugged and we kissed each other goodnight. he said he would take me to the next birmingham city football match he is going to go to. but he hasn't been in touch since sat, he might not have any credit but i really dont know what to do. Help!!

Well if you got his number and credit, why not try to text him or call him. See what he says and if you decide to text ask him if he wants to meet up again??

i've just texted him so suppose i'll just have to wait and see now. but knowing him he probably hasn't got any credit. i just hope he doesn't take to long to get back to me as i can't get him out of my head, i'm trying to concentrate on my dissertation but i can't.

I hope you don't mind some one else giving you some advice :-) but the best thing u can do to get this guy outta your head is totally get into your dissertation.. cos there is one thing no man or woman or child can take from you is your education,, if he calls,, the text will be waiting for you.. take it from me I am tons older than most of you guys are in this forum, been there done that and have the t shirts to prove it :) Good luck Amz and hope the dissertation turns out real well :clap:

A lengthy, formal treatise, especially one written by a candidate for the doctoral degree at a university; a thesis. itsa requirement for a degree:-) Tough stuff but worth every single bit of money invested :-)

Fantastic.... u will do very well.. are u doing comparsions with American childhood obesity too?? One of my students did a comparison on the same effects, I can not remember which country she compared American kids with but it was a great topic :-)

no i'm not but most of the books, journal articles etc are based on/in america.
