I think they are great characters and actor and actress i dont want them to leave but i think we need to respect their decision to leave and wish them luck for the future in whatever they decide to do :)

well in the paper it says there is an explosive new year storyline so he might die and his last scenes is in november

I've been watcing ee for a good ten years or more and it was the Sharon and Dennis relationship that kept me gripped- even through the bad patch. I was beginning to enjoy having them back to and I thought it was brilliant that the shannis fans got a second chance with them, especially how they were ruined with the love triangle in 2004. However now we will never get that chance at it’s a shame really. Sharon and Dennis are two complex characters who had depth. They worked extremely well together and had a lot of potential. IMO they are both great actors and brilliant characters. They are the only couple ever to have captured my imagination and I doubt I would like another one as much.

I'm just going to enjoy the here and now. I hope they leave together and get the happy ending that they deserve.

i know how you feel alisha, they are the only couple for me who have captured my imagination so much and i am gonna be very sad when they leave. i mean i loved kalfie,etc..but no where near as much as i love these two! i mean i actually care about them, i know its stupid caring about characters that arnt real and are only in a soap but i do! i hope they do get the happy ending they deserve, plus dennis owes her a forever.

I would like another break from them but it looks like it's going to be more than just that because we'll only be getting Sharon back not Dennis!

Sharon has been whining a lot and its is annoying but if she returns next year alone I think we may well see her character bought to another level.

She will soon learn that her step mother who she believes to be one of her closest friends is actually the murderess of her father. When she finds out that she killed and buried him under the Vic -a place when Sharon has been living for the past couple of months and worrying about Den's whereabouts, she will hit the roof. Finding out he’s dead may be the one thing to take her out of her recent childish attitude she has adopted and come out stronger. Sharon Watts is a born survivor and she'll come through this...that’s granted that the writers make sure she does.

I can see her grieving over his death and after her wedding. She will be a downer for quite a while but all that’s understandable. Den may at the end have the last laugh in succeeding to split Sharon and Dennis up. Hopefully when she learns the identity of her father’s killer, she will finally toughen up and seek revenge.

phil hates dennis so he wont like it, peggy dosent like den or sharon, so her marrying the son of den would be double annoyance and also she'd called them perverts, god babs has a liking for that at the mo!

and if phil dont like dennis i doubt grnat will, and he wont be able to contain his jealousy that sharon is married to another man and will try and split them up, just for the satisfaction, not necessarily for him to get back with her, that can be left until 2006!
