billy murray, charlotte avery, tracy anne oberman, phillip dowling, minty's girlfriend emma, micheal rawlins etc...

what is the point of eastenders writing in these new and exciting characters only to send them down paths in which the actors have no choice but to quit, or be axed. why bring them in if theyll be out within minutes?

jessie wallace, shane ritchie, sam hunter

what is the point of ruining old characters, making them so boring that not just the public hate them but so do the actors that play them

yolande, gus, tracey, juley, sasha

what is the point of creating characters and then just letting they dissapear or have no point in being there

Tracey has never been a proper character just an extra and Yolande is still loved as far as I'm concerned. I really like the normality about her I don't want her to become a gangster Queen or anything.

Also the show has it core characters such as Pauline, Dot, Ian, and Martin and Sonia to some extent now

ive read on here that billy murray and eastenders have come to a mutaul agreement he will leave early next year as they promised him a king gangster role not someone who will give it all up after a chat will dot branning

Getting rid of Johnny is stupid, they should never have brought a girlfriend in for him and a daughter, those two are crap. Johnny should have remained bad.

I really think they could do more with characters, Tina, Sam, Chrissie, Johnny etc.
I dont wnat to see all new faces, its the old ones that make it better. Next Dot will die and Jim will gte murdered. >:(

As for Tracey, she has never been a main actor in EE :)

Do you reckon Johnny's exit has anything to do with Dennis's? Johnny's an ex gangster, Dennis was once caught up in that lifestyle, and if Dennis was to be killed off (obviously no confirmation of this), they may be connected. What does anybody else think?

Hell no Johnny should stay he is the shows Mr Big and the best they have got 100% better than Jack dolton who was good and Andy.

Johnny hasn't been axed, he came to a mutual agreement with bosses after he feared that his character had gone soft. I expect Ruby will leave aswell but nothing has been confirmed about her.
