Daisy continues to receive more messages from Justin

Dee-Dee's new client triggers more bad memories for Alya

MONDAY

Aware that Daniel works at the STC, David Platt asks him if he can find out how Max is coping and later an STC officer, June, finds Max nursing facial injuries. In the Rovers, David takes a call from June informing him of the attack on Max.

Finding David drunk and alone in Victoria Garden, Maria?s sympathetic but when he leans in for a drunken kiss, she orders him to go home. David pays Alya a visit and when Shona enters the restaurant she assures him that from now on they face everything together.

When Maria tells Gary about David?s attempt to kiss her, Gary tracks him down to the pub and a mortified Shona hurries out after hearing what he?s done. David tells Gary he was drunk and he deeply regrets it. When he later returns home, Shona tells him that she?s leaving him.

Alya waves Zeedan off as he sets off for London but then comes face to face with Jayden, a client who?s accused of stabbing someone. Before Adam and Dee-Dee can stop her, she angrily describes exactly what it?s like to be stabbed. Ryan listens as Alya unburdens herself and suggests she should put it all down in her personal victim statement. But when he pulls Alya in for a hug, it soon turns into a passionate kiss.

Carla suggests she might return to work so Peter calls at the factory to pick up some files for her and explains that she hopes to be back in a few days. Later, Stephen calls at the flat with the file, and while Carla?s back is turned, spikes her glass of water with LSD. She starts to feel dizzy and disorientated and worried Peter tells Stephen he?s going to call the doctor.

His leg still causing him pain, Paul joins Dee-Dee in the kitchen and reveals that Billy kissed him but he can?t afford to get involved again as there are too many complications. Meanwhile, Todd urges Paul to come clean to Billy about the assault on Mike.

Daisy receives a voicemail from Justin explaining that he found her number on a delivery package.


WEDNESDAY


Carla Connor calls a meeting with Sarah and Stephen and explains that Sarah is now Head of Design whilst Stephen will be Office Manager.

Determined to have his revenge on Carla, Stephen slips into the Underworld office with the vial of LSD from Rufus?s briefcase and slips it into Carla?s coffee. Carla heads onto the factory floor, clearly discombobulated and woozy. In the Rovers, Stephen spikes her red wine with another vial and when Peter calls at the pub he immediately realises she isn?t well. She stares at the girls - her paranoia growing by the second and she?s helped out of the pub by Peter who is worried sick that her psychosis is returning.

Meanwhile, Stephen sneaks into Carla?s office, deletes a meeting with Dick Haversham from her diary and muddles up her paperwork.

Marrium calls on Zeedan and tells him she can?t believe that he and Alya watched her Dad die in front of them as Zeedan begs her not to go to the police. Alya finds Marrium in the caf? and tells her that she?s as much to blame for her Dad?s death as Zeedan.

Alya realises that Zeedan is sacrificing his relationship for her sake and tells him that she doesn?t need protecting and returns to work in the restaurant. At No.6, Zeedan tells Alya that whether she likes it or not, he?s sticking around as family must always come first.

Brian moves into the flat and does his best to bond with Amy?s uni mates and offers to do his Vernon Kay impression but Amy tells Summer that he?s driving her up the wall.

Dee-Dee tells Paul they?re having a night out on the town but when Billy suggests they meet for a drink later, Paul agrees, despite his earlier promise and suggests to Dee-Dee they meet in the Rovers. In the pub, Dee-Dee witters on at Paul about her love life, but when Billy arrives, Paul?s face lights up.

When Billy confides in Paul how appalled he was by Todd?s show of violence towards Mike, he masks his guilt. Elsewhere, Summer reveals that she?s had a conditional offer from Manchester University.

David confides in Gail how worried he is about Max?s sentencing tomorrow. Meanwhile, Gary has a go at Maria for defending David but she insists that it?s not his fault.

Adam assures Sarah that he understands her need for a career and they can talk again about babies in six months? time.


FRIDAY


Daisy Midgeley switches her phone back on and when she?s bombarded with a string of texts from Justin, she dissolves into tears in Daniel?s arms. Daniel scrolls through the messages and asserts that they need to go to the police.

At the station, Daisy shows PC Scott the recent texts but is stunned when he plays it down. She returns home and is horrified to see that PC Scott has liked all her holiday snaps.

Billy and Paul break the news to Todd that they?re back together. Later, in the Rovers, Billy chats to Dee-Dee and neither of them notices Paul struggling to pick up his darts.

Spider visits Griff in prison and agrees to get his sentence reduced if he reveals where the funding came from ? so Griff reveals Councillor Len Cameron provided the cash. But Griff is left seething when Spider announces he?s had enough and tells him he can forget about a reduced sentence.

Over breakfast, a downcast David admits to Gail that Shona?s left him as Maria assures Shona that David?s drunken pass meant nothing. Will it be enough to persuade Shona to give David another chance?

Meanwhile, Daniel is concerned when he sees Max?s bruises and asks Alya if she?d consider going to visit him. Alya agrees and goes to see Max at the STC, where he explains to her how his life was a mess.

Maria tells Gary that Len Cameron appears to have had a change of heart and has agreed to fund the refugee centre. Max calls David and asks him if he would visit him tomorrow. As Alya reads out the victim impact statement she?s written for Blake?s sentencing hearing tomorrow, Yasmeen listens. Later, David thanks Alya for taking the time to visit Max.

Over breakfast, a downcast David admits to Gail that Shona has left him. However, Maria assures Shona that David's drunken pass meant nothing. Will it be enough to persuade Shona to give David another chance?

Daniel is concerned to see Max's bruises. Daniel asks Alya if she'd consider going to visit Max. Alya visits Max at the STC. Max explains to Alya how his life was a mess.

Daniel suggests they postpone their big day until Justin has been dealt with. Encountering Justin bearing a bunch of flowers on Victoria Street, Daisy storms over, hurls the bouquet onto the pavement and stamps on it.

As Justin places a calming hand on her arm, Daisy sees red and punches him, witnessed by a shocked George.

Justin reveals his mum has just died and he was visiting George to sort the arrangements. Daisy bursts into tears on Daniel's shoulder.

PC Jess invites Daisy to the station, because Justin has accused her of assault.

Meanwhile, Maria is annoyed when Len Cameron invites the press to photograph him handing over a cheque for the funding. Suddenly, Spider and a colleague screech up in a car wearing stab vests.

Nina volunteers to assist Evelyn at the charity shop when a customer called Mo cannot afford the suit he needs for an interview. Nina lends him ?10 and wishes him well. When Mo calls into the cafe to repay Nina her ?10, Evelyn's forced to eat her words.

Hearing that Mo needed the suit for an immigration interview, Daryan invites him to sit down. Daryan introduces Gary and Maria to Mo and excitedly announces that he was at the same processing centre as his brother, who successfully arrived in England after all.

Alya informs Toyah and Maria that Blake was sentenced to 12 years.

Elsewhere, Stephen informs Elaine that he can now afford to repay her loan in full. Elaine eyes a new flat in Redbank. Stephen is dismayed to find Carla fighting fit and almost ready to get back to work. Stephen asks Sarah to convince Carla that her mental health is still too fragile for her to return to work, but will he get Sarah on side?

Also today, the Platts visit Max.

Finally, Gemma's distraught to receive an adjusted gas bill for ?4,000. Paul promises to help her sort it. While Billy's back is turned, Paul struggles to grip a glass with his right hand but hides his concern.
