In an interview with the Voice newspaper, BB6's Vanessa Layton-McIntosh has accused BB of foul play for the manner in which she was evicted. She says it was nothing more than an excuse to get rid of her because she was not one of Endemol's favourites.
Vanessa also reveals that BB recommended that she does not to speak to the black press. Apparently they were concerned that the black media would use Vanessa's comments to play the race card against the BB show.
Vanessa goes on to say that “Everything’s fixed in there. I feel the whole set up this week was a deliberate attempt to get me out of the game ... I feel betrayed by the programme and betrayed by the executive producers.”
“People wanted Makosi out of the house much more than they did me. I hardly got any of the votes ... So they had to leave it down to the housemates because they know that Makosi was more popular in the house. They knew exactly what they were doing – it was a deliberate attempt to get me out.”
