The newly-evicted Craig sat down for a grilling from Davina just an hour after leaving the house.
Asked if he ever thought he had a chance of winning, he replied: "No, definitely not, a million percent. My character's been so erratic throughout the show so I thought there's never a chance of me winning."
He cited losing to Eugene and Kinga as being worse than finishing in fifth place, quipping: "I think I would have done better if I'd had a champagne bottle to hand."
Of the newest entrant's confrontation over his sexuality, he added: "I thought, 'Who is she to come on here at the last minute and tell me about myself? Do not go there love'."
On being gay: "I can't actually say it, Davina. I physically can't say it."
On his true feelings for Anthony: "I fancied Anthony in the beginning but as I got to know him for who he was, I respected him as a person. I began to look at him as a member of my family... I think!"
On whether he loved Anthony: "I don't want to say anything because.. how I was to him was not through attraction or a sexual nature."
He also came through with his promise (http://bigbrother.digitalspy.co.uk/article/ds8497.html) to set the record straight on Anthony's pool encounter with Makosi. "For the record.. she didn't shag him in the pool, he was too pissed! He goes on personalities as much as looks."
On his behaviour during Anthony's night of vomiting: "In that house you have no interaction with new people so you feel very strongly to the people you are in there with. I don't feel bad about it because I know for me, looking after him is my main priority."
On their constant rows: "It was destroying me inside. The reason I would argue with him was out of frustration because I did care about him. I didn't want people on the outside to question his sexuality. Honestly though, leaving the house now, looking at them, I miss him but I honestly can actually say now that I've grown to the point where I like him more as a friend than a partner."
Asked what he had learnt about himself, he answered: "Oh, so much. You've got to be confident. I always thought the worst of myself and I realised that by being yourself, you can accpet who you are and be a better person because of that."
His final words? "Makosi's a bitch!"
