Spider-Man star James Franco (Harry Osborn) has cast further doubt on the possibility of more movies after the upcoming third installment.
Asked whether film number three - due for release in 2007 - would be his last, the actor replied: "That's what we signed the contract for. I really don't know what their plans are after this one. Everybody signed a three picture contract at the beginning. I really don't know what's happening after. I don't even know what Sam (Raimi, director) is going to do."
Lead stars Tobey Maguire and Kirsten Dunst have already demonstrated reluctance for doing more films in the franchise.
