poor neil having to face all this when he has just lost andrea
why would mickey web frame neil he has nothing against him?
does anyone have any idea who frames neil whoever framed neil should die!

Mickey has every reason to think ill of Neil. He knows that Neil blackmailed Jack (over the Rachel Heath thing) in order to force Jack to get rid of Eva. Mickey saved the day for Eva and both made no secret of their dislike of one another. Mickey was always Jack's right hand man and with the feeling of Jack and Neil.. it is natural that Mickey would stand up for Jack against Neil any day.
