Kinga has been the first Housemate to succumb to Big Brother's foul temptations; she has left Makosi hanging and accepted some cigarettes.
Hanging in her cage, Makosi is entirely at the mercy of her Housemates. They can free her at any time, or accept Big Brother's treats and leave her hanging.
Callous Kinga visited the Diary Room and was promptly tempted with some delicious cigarettes. She immediately fell from grace and accepted the bribe, condemning Makosi to another half-an-hour in limbo.

"I'm taking them!" Kinga laughed, gurning comically for the cameras. "What goes around comes around Big Brother," she cackled.
Kinga then ran out to the garden to smoke her haul in front of the caged Makosi.
Now Kinga, that sort of behaviour's not very nice...
