What do you think of new character Melissa played by actress Christine Stephen Daly?

Personally i think she is a great character and i would personally watch another series if she was one of the main characters

But what do you think of her?

i think melissa is a great character and i think christine plays her brilliantly so id love to see her involved in a lot of storylines in the next series

She is brilliant, i love the character Mellisa and i love Christine Stephen-daly. I'm looking forward to the next series with her in it.

Personally I dont really like her. I know she is not meant as a replacement for Allie, however after losing both her and Gavin I am not sure how the show can continue. I know it has a lot of other good characters in it like eugene and darcy but the show was all about how allie was the sucessful one and her relationships.
I can only see her as Lara in casualty! Somehow she doesnt really seem the hairdressing type - not that I know what that would be!

It can definalty go on with out them, ye they were a very big part of Cutting It, but no-body is indispensable.

i really liked her actually i thought she was proably the best characyter in the last series as she was new and most of the other swere all depressed and stuff.!

She was a fantastic actress in cutting it i give her the thumbs up for the next series!!!

I can only see her as Lara in casualty! Somehow she doesnt really seem the hairdressing type - not that I know what that would be!
When I heard she was joining, I thought it would be weird because she had been in Casualty before, but I think she has succesfully portrayed Melissa as a very different character to Lara and I don't really think about them being the same actress!

i think her characters great! christine has really shown she can play different characters.she is great at playing melissa and was fab at lara. i thought it would have been weird at first cause she was in casualty for ages.i still prefer lara though

I prefer her as Lara aswell, I was gutted when she left casualty lol.
