Kylie Minogue has decided to take a holiday in France, following her first bout of chemotherapy.
The singer, who had an operation to remove a cancerous lump from her breast, is staying at the holiday home of fashion guru Karl Lagerfeld, alongside boyfriend Olivier Martinez.
A friend told The Sun, "Chemotherapy is pretty gruelling for anyone but it hit Kylie really hard. She decided to get away from it all and relax. Kylie and Karl are great pals and he'll make sure she's waited on hand and foot.
"She is still feeling fragile and vulnerable and wants to hide away at the moment."
