Jude Law has been offered support by actor Michael Sheen, following the recent revelations about his affair with his children's nanny.

The Alfie actor comforted Sheen when his relationship with Kate Beckinsale ended, and he now wants to return the favour.

"Jude was great when I split with Kate," Michael told The Mirror. He took me out for a drink and gave me advice.

"I've been trying to contact Jude. He must be going through a hard time - he and Sienna are a golden couple."
