I dont think it gets reducted, if you create a bank account though you can put it in there and it increases by 3% everyday, which i guess is better then just leaving it sitting there.

The money in your hand can be used to buy items from the store for your forum account etc or in the item shops which sell things mainly for your pet.

To feed your pet go to the item shops > health and buy some food then go to the petz menu dropdown and go to your inventory and click use. Your inventory is also in your 'User CP' :)

When the hunger bar is on 0 percent it means you pet isn't hungry but when it starts to build up then it is. The hunger bar confuses people because it works opposite to the other bars :)
