In a bid to keep up with body beautiful Anthony, Craig has been trying his hand at press-ups, with limited success.
Drawn by the sounds of huffing and heaving in the living room, Craig discovered Anthony in the throes of a full body workout.
Craig got down on the floor next to Anthony and tried to do some press-ups, but his technique was poor, to say the least, and he couldn't even manage one.
"I bet you can't do 30 of them," Anthony taunted his friend. Sounds like a sure win to us.

Anthony, I think I've pulled something!
Craig attempted to prove to his doubting friend that he was up to the challenge as he hit the floor and gave it his 'best' shot...
However, he was soon exhausted by his rubbish efforts. Craig surveyed his wobbly bits in despair. "Look at my belly mate, I'm a disgrace," he wailed. "Who's going to fancy me when I leave here?" he asked.
Don't forget, it's personality that counts, Craig.
