The usual Neighbours spoilers are not available as yet. I am not sure at what times they are going to be released going forward, with the UK episodes now to be ahead of Aust episodes from the end of this week. I will post them when I see something released:
Meanwhile, this is the TV Week Soap Diary for Jan 10-13 (Aust Pace):
- Terese and Glen's chemistry surprises them again.
- Kyle is on his best behaviour, eager to impress his mother-in-law-to-be, but it proves harder than expected.
- David asks his dad Paul over for dinner, but the evening starts off badly, with Paul constantly steering the conversation to Terese.
- Pleased to have Zara around but struggling to keep her happy, Amy turns to Toadie and Susan for help.
- Leo's business pitch lunch gets off to a good start, but the appearance of Vera Punt throws a massive spanner in the works. Is his dream over before it began?
- When Harlow realises Roxy isn't going to ask her to be bridesmaid, she gives her a fiery serve, but Roxy isn't going to take it lying down.
- With Kyle and Roxy's wedding plans going full steam ahead, they're working with wedding planner Mick - not realising how much he is upsetting everyone else. Who's going to let them know?
- Glen's secrets give Melanie cause for concern.
- Something unexpected thwarts Britney as she's on the verge of a confession.
TV Week articles:
"Glum's the Word
Roxy is devastated not to have her mum's support
Roxy is thrilled when her mum Gemma comes to town ahead of her wedding to Kyle.
Sadly, Roxy's excitement is short-lived when Gemma voices doubts about her marrying Kyle. It breaks Roxy's heart to hear her mother is not on board.
Roxy knows she's no longer the impulsive youngster Gemma left in Erinsborough, so, hurt by her mum's attitude, she chooses not to include her in shopping for a wedding dress.
That headstrong attitude is always at Roxy's core," Zima says. "It's fun to see a bit of that spicy fire from her."
Kyle's grandmother Sheila, who knows how stubborn Roxy is, warns Gemma that if she doesn't support her, she could lose her.
Later, as Roxy tries to forget her troubles with her mum and celebrates saying "yes to the dress" with her bridal party, they're interrupted. It's Harlow, furious that she hasn't been asked to be bridesmaid.
Harlow hasn't exactly endeared herself to anyone lately, being offish, suspicious and rude.
Roxy has been aware of what Harlow has been dealing with and tried hard to see if their sisterly bond is still there. She loves Harlow but takes it upon herself to reach her a lesson - tough love at its best.
To show Harlow her actions have consequences, Roxy decides there's no point in her being part of the wedding, if she really doesn't care. "
And:
"Business Meeting Disaster
Nicolette loses her cool with Erinsborough troublemaker Vera
Whenever Vera Punt makes an appearance in Erinsborough, you just know things are about to get out of hand. Unfortunately for Leo, his business lunch is no exception.
For a while now, Leo has been milling over an idea to put a whiskey gin distillery in the vineyard. After planning it out and going through the logistics, he decides to host a lunch to pitch the idea to potential investors.
Leo wants investors so he can expend his empire and create a solid family for Britney and Abi. With Britney's help, the lunch is off to a great start until Vera Punt shows up.
"Leo loathes Vera," Tim Kano says of the town's notorious troublemaker. "He's not very happy when she arrives."
Tension hits the room as her abrupt personality takes over. Sitting across from Jane and her daughter Nicolette, Vera steers the conversation from the project to the love triangle between Leo, Chloe and Nicolette.
It's not long before the business lunch turns into a yelling match between fiery Nicolette and Vera, as a rattled Jane and Leo look on.
Vera implies that Leo stole Chloe, angering Nicolette. Nicolette becomes so furious, she throws her drink in Vera's face.
While Leo's pitch meeting is in disarray, he completely understands her reaction. "It's completely justified," Tim says.
Although the meeting didn't go as hoped, he's been buoyed to have Britney by his side. Recently, the new parents have grown closer. "Leo is so pleased and happy," Tim says. "His feelings for her are growing back. She's a beauty and he is falling in love again.""
