I liked it on Mel's wedding day when Ian went to hit phil with one of them poles that you use to put a market stall together, and then Phil just grabbed it off him and pinned it against his neck on the floor! :D lol, great tv viewing! :D

That was shortly before the legendary 'Who shot Phil?' storyline and was really good.

I like him too, dont now if he's just grown on me over the years though

Dr. Tangliss
04-08-2005, 08:52
Yeah, same here. Years ago, I could not stand him, but now I think he is really good. I can't imagine EE without him.

Luna
04-08-2005, 08:55
Nah, it wouldn't be the same without Ian being annoying and everyone slagging him off behind his back

Babe14
04-08-2005, 08:55
I like Ian he's a good all round character. The character adds comedy, emotion, family, sometimes you hate him then you love him. Ian and Jane and brill together, I remember when they first met.

Adam Woodyatt is yet another fantastic Enders actor. I really admire him especially in view of all the critism his character gets, some of it not very nice. Still I expect he takes it all in his stride just like all the other actors/actresses as they know it comes with the territory. I expect they have a right laugh about it too.

I agree he is part of the furniture just like Pauline.

I have never heard anything bad about Adam Woodyatt in the press either, with regards to his private life. :)

Luna

Babe14
04-08-2005, 09:00
Ian does seem to go through quite a lot of women though

Most of them taking him for a ride. Jane is different though she loves Ian for Ian.
Ian has a nice soft caring and sensitive side to him.

Luna

Dr. Tangliss
05-08-2005, 09:02

When Phil comes back, Ian better watch his back, as I will think he will do more then just use a toilet!

Jessie Wallace
05-08-2005, 12:36
I haven't heard ny thing like that, plus him and Jane are about to get a storyline, so i don't think he will be going just yet.

Dr. Tangliss
05-08-2005, 12:37
I don't see Ian ever leaving EE.

Jessie Wallace
05-08-2005, 12:38
Proberbly not.

Dr. Tangliss
05-08-2005, 12:39
Also, if he did, because he has always been in EE, he would always be known as Ian if he went into another programme.

Jessie Wallace
05-08-2005, 12:40
I can't really see him acting in another t.v show, it just wiouldn't be the same.
