Partly to relieve some stress and partly for lack of anything else to do, Craig and Anthony have a go at skipping.
Craig soon gives up, but Anthony has a decent workout as his mate watches.
"Oh I can't be bothered, it's giving me a migraine," Craig declared after a few attempts at skipping.
Anthony told him that he had to beat the 20 that Eugene did earlier in the day and the thought of beating somebody he doesn't like in the House spurred him on to 23 skips.
"I can't be bothered, it's boring me," he soon said and sat back down.
But what didn't bore Craig was watching Anthony workout with the skipping rope.
The Geordie dancer went out into the garden, took off his top and had a long session as Craig lay down watching him.
As Anthony got hot and sweaty and relieved some of the stress he was complaining about earlier, Craig just watched and offered the occasional piece of advice, like a camp Burgess Meredith training Sylvester Stallone in Rocky.
