Jessica Simpson has advised Britney Spears and Kevin Federline to quit their reality show Britney & Kevin: Chaotic before it ruins their lives.

Simpson, who has been left disillusioned with the reailty show experience because of the time Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica took from her, has warned the pair to quit while they are ahead after one season.

UK-Flava.com quotes Simpson as saying: "Only do one season and make sure your contract is good. We were locked in. We thought it was going to be a six-episode documentary about being a newlywed. It ended up being two years."
