A revelation rocks Aaron and David's world.

A complicated web of lies unravels as Aaron and David discover the baby they thought was their daughter Isla, was never their child.

Isla's disappearance last week sparked a frantic search. Aaron and David suspected Nicolette was behind the abduction, but Isla was eventually discovered with a woman named Britney Barnes.

She claims the infant isn't Isla- it's her baby, Abigail. The truth soon comes out: Britney is the former lover of David's brother Leo. He's Abigail's father and Nicolette has the real Isla.

Leo is feeling a mix of emotions. He's angry he wasn't told from the outset but feeling guilty that he pushed Britney away. He's also excited to be a father.

Britney explains that she tried to tell him she was pregnant but Leo ignored her calls. She decided to keep the baby and became friends with Nicolette at a prenatal class.

After having Abigail, Britney had post-natal depression. So, when Nicolette struggled to give Isla to Paul in Canberra, Britney decided to give him Abigail instead.

Determined to do what's right, Leo and Britney decide to work together. They had an intense romance that became too much to juggle. Although their relationship fell apart, they want what's best for Abigail. They decide to create a family unit to see how it plays out.

But as Leo and Britney reunite, Aaron and David aren't bonding with Isla. Can they adapt to a new normal with Nicolette in the picture?"

After losing himself in the moment with Rose, Toadie's in conflict. Rose puts it all on the line and confesses she's back in Erinsborough for him.

Toadie feels rotten for betraying Melanie. He's transparent with her about the indiscretion, but struggles to understand his own divided heart.

Meanwhile, many of the staff at Lassiters aren't happy about Harlow's new role, seeing it as nepotism. Chloe seeks out the HR Manager, who suggests Paul rescinds Harlow's promotion.

Paul digs in his heels and Terese is furious with him. Things are about to go from bad to worse with the staff.

Terese learns that the hotel staff are striking over Harlow's promotion, and is touched that Jesse decided to remain working to support her.

Jesse spends the day helping out, and heartened by all he's done for them, Terese expresses her gratitude. But in doing so, she makes a confronting Freudian slip.

Meanwhile, when Jane and Chloe open a package addressed to Nicolette and find the engagement ring meant for Chloe, Chloe is overwhelmed.

As they arrange for the ring to live in Isla's room, a nearby token of her mother's love, Jane and Chloe appreciate that they can draw strength from each other.

Rattled by her slip of the tongue, Terese quickly smooths things over with Jesse.

When Paul confronts her, Terese is defensive: Jesse's just a kid who needs guidance, there's nothing more to it, and she doesn't appreciate suggestions otherwise.

Meanwhile, once again in the laundry room, Harlow struggles with her position at work, especially when Chloe firmly puts her in her place and asks she keep a low profile. Harlow blames Chloe for her demotion and is determined to get her job back.

Elsewhere, David is still stewing on Paul's request to keep Terese in the dark over the loan with Leo. David's sure something is up, especially when he hears Paul mention selling the tram land and getting rid of his nosy accountant. David confronts his father, demanding answers.

Cornered, Paul comes clean to David and tells him that he paid Nicolette to stay away after she handed over the baby.

David wants to tell Aaron everything, but Paul works hard to convince him otherwise. Will David keep this terrible secret?

Meanwhile, Terese supports Jesse's decision not to visit Julie in jail, but Paul is worried that Terese is letting her own feelings about the Quills cloud her judgement. Terese is offended at first, but ultimately decides it would be valuable for Jesse to go and see Julie? and she wants to go too.

Elsewhere, Sheila and Evelyn wind up in a tense debate about Evelyn looking down her nose at the Cannings. Later, Evelyn furiously reveals to Levi that she's discovered his relationship with Amy and she's not happy. Was it Sheila who told her?

Amy is determined to do her duty as a girlfriend and orchestrates a mature heart-to-heart with Evelyn, giving her a new perspective on her relationship with Levi.

Through the honest conversation, Evelyn gains a new respect for Amy. But has Amy done enough to gain Evelyn's approval?

Meanwhile, Toadie is torn between Rose and Melanie. While Mel's keeping her distance after Toadie and Rose's kiss, Rose is on the front foot trying to win favour with him.

Toadie becomes even more confused when he sees Melanie meeting up with her ex, Justin Buke. Are they back together, right in front of Toadie's nose?

Neighbours makes opening titles change as Lucinda Cowden is finally added

Neighbours spoilers follow from Australian-pace episodes, which some UK readers may prefer to avoid.

Neighbours has refreshed the opening titles on Australian screens today (September 22), with two significant changes.

The first is that Lucinda Cowden, who plays Melanie Pearson, has finally been added. Melanie has been on screens for several months since her return, and Digital Spy can confirm that Lucinda is a semi-regular, which is similar to Geoff Paine's status.

In the titles, Melanie is seen with Toadie Rebecchi and his two children Nell and Hugo.

This addition comes after Melanie won back Toadie at Erinsborough's recent film festival. The pair briefly broke up in the aftermath of Toadie's kiss with Rose Walker.

With Rose accepting defeat and wishing Toadie well, the titles change further indicates that Melanie and Toadie are back on track and fully committed to each other.

The second big addition is Charlotte Chimes' return as Nicolette.

After several weeks away from Erinsborough, Nicolette returned in the cliffhanger to Monday's episode with the real baby Isla.

Nicolette confirmed to a stunned David Tanaka and Aaron Brennan that the parents of the baby they've been raising are Britney Barnes and Leo Tanaka.

There looks to be plenty of drama ahead for the three of them, as Nicolette doesn't want to proceed with the original parenting arrangement of David and Aaron being Isla's primary carers.

In the titles, Nicolette is seen with David and Aaron (and a pram) - the three of them looking happy.

The fact that Nicolette is not with Chloe as she was before her disappearance suggests that there's a long way to go before the pair reunite - if it ever happens.

Neighbours airs weekdays at 1.45pm and 5.30pm on Channel 5 (UK) and Mondays to Thursdays at 6.30pm on 10 Peach (Australia).
