Home and Away spoilers follow for both UK and Australian viewers.

Home and Away will introduce a new character on Australian screens this week, as the mysterious Theo arrives in town ? and he gets himself in trouble before he's even reached Summer Bay.

TV Week reports that Australian fans will get their first introduction to Theo (played by Matt Evans) this week and that he will soon reveal a connection to a current major Home and Away character.

Theo makes his dramatic entrance when he's pulled over for speeding by police officer Cash Newman (Nicholas Cartwright), who's busy charming his love interest Jasmine Delaney (Sam Frost).

The newcomer claims that he's racing home to see his family after the death of his aunt and an irritated Cash decides to escort him home.

"Cash thinks he's just a smug kid in a nice car," Nicholas Cartwright told TV Week. "Plus, he interrupted him flirting with Jasmine. So, by the time he figures out he's lying about his excuse for speeding, it's three strikes."

When Cash shows up with Theo in tow, it is revealed that the young man has a relative in town who is very surprised to see him.

Theo admits he needs a place to stay after his father kicked him out of the house, but will his family members be happy to take him in after the trouble he's already got into in the Bay after such a short amount of time?

Theo may look familiar to Australian viewers as he's played by actor and musician Matt Evans, who was a contestant on The Voice in the country last year.

Matt hasn't spoken publicly about his role yet but he appears to be getting acquainted with his new castmates on social media, including fellow newcomer Jacqui Purvis, who plays Felicity Newman.

Home and Away airs these scenes this week in Australia on Channel 7. It airs weekdays at 1.15pm and 6pm on Channel 5 (UK) and Mondays to Thursdays at 7pm on Channel 7 (Australia). Selected classic episodes are available via Amazon Prime Video in the UK.

Here is where you already know Home and Away?s new buff heartthrob Matt Evans from
''It is like getting paid to go to school.''

https://www.nowtolove.com.au/celebrity/home-and-away/home-and-away-matt-evans-68997

Home and Away has welcomed another buff hottie to their long line of handsome actors.

The latest heartthrob to secure a place on the iconic show is Perth's 25-year-old Matt Evans.

He may be new to the acting scene, but this isn't his first time on Aussie TV, as he made his name on The Voice in 2020.
He made it through to the top 20 on Delta Goodrem's team and won a slew of fans along the way.

Now, his new role on the hit soap is likely to propel the star to new heights.

Here is what we know about Matt and everything he has revealed about his new breakthrough role.

What has Matt Evans said about his role on Home and Away?

Matt spoke exclusively with The Daily Telegraph about learning on the job and why he freaked out during his first day on the Home and Away set.

"I went in there with a clean slate and I am learning so much day-by-day," he told the publication.

"It is crazy how much I've learnt. It is like getting paid to go to school. My first day in the studio, I kind of had a bit of a freak out because it's just a lot of people around and I didn't know what I was doing. I'm just trying to learn on the job."

Matt is playing Theo, who is described as a troubled guy in his 20s, but Matt believes he isn't as bad as he appears.

"He is just fun, he is act first, think later.

"He doesn't think about his choices and often gets himself into trouble because of that. He has a good heart when you get down to it," he said.

When did Matt Evans want to become an actor?

Matt studied at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts, which is the same institution Lisa McCune, Lucy Durack and Hugh Jackman attended.

He told The Daily Telegraph that he has always been into performing and he intends on continuing to grow his singing career.

"I guess I've always been a bit of a class clown and I loved impersonations so it feels kind of natural for me to jump into a character," he said.

"I've now found acting that I really want it to be a part of my life forever. I'm never going to drop my music either because it's something I've always done so I really want to do both."

Last year, during an interview with The Mud Mag, Matt spoke about wanting to succeed in performing arts from a young age.

He told the publication, "When I was young, I always felt that my path to success was going to be different. When I found the arts, I felt special. I knew this was a journey I wanted to take."

Was Matt Evans embroiled in a cheating scandal on The Voice?

The 2020 season of The Voice was spoilt by a few alleged cheating scandals, and while Evans wasn't strictly rule breaking, it did ruffle some feathers.

The crux of the issue began when his mentor Delta Goodrem couldn't choose between him and Janie Gordon, after they faced off during their Battle round.

Delta was unable to decide so after a private discussion with the show's executive producer, she revealed Matt and Janie would be allowed to compete as a duet.

"I understand that you're both individual artists and I know you have your own lanes, but at this point, what I would like to do is to bring you forward as a duet," Delta told Matt and Janie, and she asked if they'd consider teaming up to move forward.

In the end Matt and Janie chose to stay on as a team but fans weren't impressed by the lack of rules on The Voice.

Boy George, who was a judge at the time, shared a similar sentiment when he joked, "Are there any rules on this show, ever?"

Was Matt Evans friends with any Home and Away stars before landing his role?

According to the Daily Mail, Matt struck a friendship with Mark Furze during their time on The Voice in 2020.

Mark played the troubled Ric Dalby from 2004 and 2008.

Home and Away newcomer Theo to cause trouble for Justin at the garage
Leah's nephew makes a bad impression on his first day.

https://www.digitalspy.com/soaps/home-and-away/a37661067/home-and-away-theo-poulos-justin-morgan-trouble/

Home and Away spoilers follow for Australian and UK viewers.

Home and Away's newest arrival Theo Poulos has already made quite an impression on Summer Bay since his arrival earlier this month, having first been seen being pulled over for speeding by police officer Cash Newman.

After Cash (Nicholas Cartwright) brought Theo (Matt Evans) back to the Bay, it was revealed that Theo actually has a surprise connection in town, as he was greeted by his aunt Leah Patterson-Baker (Ada Nicodemou). After Theo explained that his dad ? Leah's brother ? had kicked him out of the house, Leah decided to take Theo in, in an attempt to support him.

However, Leah's partner Justin Morgan (James Stewart) has been suspicious of the newcomer and the danger that he could pose, particularly as Theo was recently beaten up by victims of a scam he was involved in before arriving in the Bay.

TV Week reports that, in scenes that will air this week in Australia, Justin will finally agree to give Theo a chance, but he may live to regret it.

With Theo now crashing at Leah's, he needs to find a new way to make a living. Justin isn't at all keen on the idea of offering Theo a position at his garage, but for Leah's sake he agrees to give her nephew a shot at working for him.

However, Theo's first day doesn't exactly go smoothly as he turns up late to the garage. After Leah brings the pair lunch, Theo claims that he suddenly has a migraine and needs to leave early, leaving Justin short of help.

"He's worried about giving Theo a job at the garage because he doesn't know if he can trust him," actor James, who plays Justin, told TV Week. "There's something suspicious about him."

Will Justin's fears over Theo's continued presence prove to be well-founded?

Newcomer Theo, who hasn't yet made his debut on UK screens, is played by actor and musician Matt Evans, who competed on Australia's The Voice last year.

Home and Away airs these scenes this week on Channel 7 in Australia and in a few weeks' time on Channel 5 in the UK.

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.15pm and 6pm on Channel 5 (UK) and Mondays to Thursdays at 7pm on Channel 7 (Australia). Selected classic episodes are available via Amazon Prime Video in the UK.

Home and Away reveals Theo Poulos's fate after jail fears
He faces court.

https://www.digitalspy.com/soaps/home-and-away/a39206715/home-and-away-spoilers-theo-poulos-fate/

Home and Away spoilers follow from Thursday's Australian episodes (February 24), which some UK viewers may prefer to avoid.

Home and Away's Theo Poulos has been left with a criminal record after a bitter feud with Alf Stewart.

The troublemaker's latest storyline has seen him forced to face the consequences of stealing the Polaris on the beach and taking it for a joyride.

In recent episodes on air in Australia, Alf (Ray Meagher) reported Theo to the police over the incident, despite weeks passing since it happened.

Alf did so out of spite, as he blamed Theo (Matt Evans) for the more recent problem where his grandson Ryder Jackson was buried alive and left trapped underground.

In Thursday's episode on Channel 7 (February 24), Theo nervously headed to court to hear what his fate would be.

Theo later returned to the Diner and shared the news that he wouldn't be going to jail, as he had been sentenced to community service.

Despite the lucky escape, Theo was still furious with Alf for reporting him in the first place and landing him with a criminal record. He accused Alf of acting out of guilt

In a public showdown at the Diner, Theo ranted: "Everyone knows this isn't about me or the Polaris. This is about you. You weren't there for your grandson and you're looking for someone else to blame, so you blamed me.

"No chance you'd ever admit that any of this was your fault, right?"

Surprisingly, the bust-up gave Alf food for thought as he reflected on the pressure Ryder (Lukas Radovich) was under to repay his debts, which drove him to take part in the risky video challenges in the first place.

Theo was stunned when Alf later paid him a visit at the Morgan house to apologise for treating him so harshly.

Offering to put the drama behind them, Alf conceded: "You were right. I let Ryder down and I blamed you for it. I doubt that you're ready to forgive and forget, but I'm sorry for the way that I've treated you."

With peace restored, can Theo finally settle into Summer Bay life without trouble?

Home and Away fans in the UK will see these scenes on Channel 5 in April.

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.15pm on Channel 5 and 6pm on 5STAR (UK) and Mondays to Thursdays at 7pm on Channel 7 (Australia). Selected classic episodes are available via Amazon Prime Video in the UK.

Home and Away to reveal Theo Poulos secret in new storyline
What is he hiding?

https://www.digitalspy.com/soaps/home-and-away/a39225433/home-and-away-spoilers-theo-poulos-secret/

Home and Away spoilers follow.

Home and Away has revealed plans to explore Theo Poulos's past in an upcoming storyline.

Leah Patterson's troublesome nephew has been a divisive figure since he joined Summer Bay last year, but the soap has recently started to explore a softer side to his character.

A new promo released in Australia has now teased an unexpected new storyline for Theo, as viewers discover that there's more to his behaviour than meets the eye.

The sneak peek footage reveals that Theo will confide in John Palmer (Shane Withington) in next week's Australian episodes.

When John sees that something isn't quite right, he asks Theo who he's afraid of.

After hearing the truth, John advises: "Theo, you have to go to the police."

Theo replies: "You can't tell anyone about this."

In a later scene, Theo fears John's next move and asks: "You're going to tell Justin, aren't you? I never would have said anything if I knew you were going to blab."

Meanwhile, the trailer itself teases: "Do you know someone who's too cocky? Confident? What if it's all a cover?"

Matt Evans, who plays Theo, previously spoke about this storyline last year as he addressed the mixed reaction to his character.

He told New Zealand website Stuff in November: "There are still secrets to come out. There's more to his relationship with his father and he's trying to hide some things that have happened."

Matt continued: "There's something that he needs to sort out and, once he does, he will be a much different person."

Home and Away will air these scenes next week on Channel 7 in Australia and in April on Channel 5 in the UK.

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.15pm on Channel 5 and 6pm on 5STAR (UK) and Mondays to Thursdays at 7pm on Channel 7 (Australia). Selected classic episodes are available via Amazon Prime Video in the UK.

Home and Away's Theo Poulos reveals upsetting past in heart-to-heart with John Palmer
A big new story begins.

https://www.digitalspy.com/soaps/home-and-away/a39279449/home-and-away-spoilers-theo-poulos-upsetting-past/

Home and Away spoilers follow from Tuesday's Australian episode (March 1), which some UK viewers may prefer to avoid.

Home and Away's Theo Poulos has shared upsetting details about his past in a heart-to-heart with John Palmer.

Tuesday's episode in Australia saw Theo confide in John (Shane Withington) about the trauma he faced when he was living with his father Dimitri.

Theo has just started his community service after being charged with theft following his online video stunt with John's Polaris.

He became visibly worried when he realised that details of his punishment had been sent to his old address, meaning that his parents would see the court letter.

Theo was relieved when he made a desperate phone call to his mum, who'd already hidden the letter to avoid upsetting Dimitri.

John was curious as he overheard part of the conversation and he soon questioned Theo on why he seemed afraid.

When John continued to push for answers, Theo explained that Dimitri was abusive when they were living together.

The violence began when Theo started high school and became rebellious around the house.

Dimitri responded by punching Theo, causing him to live in fear.

Although Dimitri was never violent towards Theo's mother, she was also frightened of him and felt powerless to step in and prevent the abuse.

A horrified John advised: "Theo, you have to go to the police. What your father's doing is wrong."

Theo replied: "No. John, you can't tell anyone about this, especially not Leah. She has no idea what dad is like."

John ultimately agreed to stay out of it, but with Theo visibly struggling, it's unclear how long he'll be able to keep this promise.

Matt Evans, who plays Theo, recently hinted that this story would be a turning point for his character.

He told New Zealand website Stuff last year: "There are still secrets to come out. There's more to his relationship with his father and he's trying to hide some things that have happened.

"There's something that he needs to sort out and, once he does, he will be a much different person."

Home and Away fans in the UK will see these scenes on Channel 5 in April.

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.15pm on Channel 5 and 6pm on 5STAR (UK) and Mondays to Thursdays at 7pm on Channel 7 (Australia).

Home and Away's Theo stands up to his father following years of abuse: "Get out of my life!"
''All his frustration and hatred comes out.''

https://www.nowtolove.com.au/celebrity/home-and-away/home-and-away-theo-dad-dimitri-71722

The shocking truth about Dimitri's past lands with a thump ? literally ? this week when Theo aims a flying punch at his estranged father.

In tense scenes in Home And Away, Dimitri (Salvatore Coco) arrives in Summer Bay with one goal in mind: taking Theo (Matt Evans) home.

Theo's aunt Leah (Ada Nicodemou) orchestrated the surprise visit, hoping to reconcile father and son.

But she doesn't know the grim reasons for their estrangement ? Dimitri has a history of abuse and, when his aggression became too much for Theo, the teen fled to the Bay.

Will he tell his aunt the truth?

"Theo was a victim of both physical and mental manipulation from a young age," Matt 25, tells TV WEEK. "The physical abuse started when he was 14. When his father didn't get his way, he would lose his temper."

Dimitri assures Leah he's there to make amends, but his behaviour suggests otherwise. He orders Theo to pack his bags, before accusing Leah of meddling in his family business.

He also implies that she was the reason Theo's mother asked him for a divorce.

Later at the Surf Club, Dimitri meets John (Shane Withington) ? the only one Theo has confided in about his dad. Their brittle encounter leaves Leah and Justin (James Stewart) perplexed and wanting to know the truth.

Sensing John knows more than he's letting on, Dimitri probes for information. John remains cordial in answering questions about Theo's time in the Bay ? but makes a not-so subtle mention of his troubled upbringing.

When John brings up Theo's community service, Dimitri snaps.

Elsewhere, Theo is momentarily distracted after spending the night with Chloe (Sam Barrett). Giddy with hope, he suggests they go out on a date, but is taken aback when she appears uninterested and implies that their night together was a mistake.

Hurt and confused by the interaction, Theo decides to walk off his feelings on the beach when he comes across Dimitri having words with Justin and Leah. His anger boils over and he charges at his father, striking him.

"This [Chloe's rejection] is a massive part of Theo punching his father," Matt explains.

"All his frustration and hatred comes out when he gets used by Chloe, as he really had feelings for her. It tips him over the edge."

Home and Away ties up loose end from Theo and Dimitri storyline
Dimitri's sentence is revealed.

https://www.digitalspy.com/soaps/home-and-away/a39894856/home-and-away-spoilers-theo-dimitri-loose-end/

Home and Away spoilers follow from Tuesday's Australian episode (May 3), which some UK viewers may prefer to avoid.

Home and Away has revealed the outcome of Theo Poulos reporting his father Dimitri for his abusive behaviour.

A big storyline this year has seen Theo bravely open up over his traumatic past, explaining that Dimitri was violent towards him when he was growing up.

Recent episodes in Australia saw this story come to a head as Dimitri paid a visit to Summer Bay and violently attacked Justin Morgan.

When this became a police matter, Theo told the authorities that it wasn't the first time that Dimitri had lost his temper like this. He then gave an official statement about the abuse he experienced as a child.

In Tuesday's episode on Channel 7 (May 3), Leah Patterson revealed that Dimitri had finally faced the consequences and been sentenced in court.

During a shift at the Diner, Leah told Irene Roberts: "Dimitri got a good behaviour bond for two years, plus he has to attend an anger management course.

"Hopefully it will help Theo to move on."

Unfortunately, Theo immediately faced another upsetting setback when he learned that he'd failed his first TAFE (Technical and Further Education) assignment.

Theo is currently undertaking a mechanic's apprenticeship, but made an early mistake by not handing in his first assignment on time.

Theo's colleague Ziggy Astoni and friend Ryder Jackson were both supportive, pointing out how much pressure he has been under recently.

Despite this, a disheartened Theo admitted that he was ready to throw in the towel and walk away from the training altogether. Can his loved ones talk him around?

Home and Away fans in the UK will see these scenes on Channel 5 in June.

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.15pm on Channel 5 and 6pm on 5STAR. First-look screenings air at 6.30pm on 5STAR and the show also streams on My5.

In Australia, the show airs Mondays to Thursdays at 7pm on Channel 7 and streams on 7plus.

Home and Away star Matt Evans shows off his singing talents for Theo Poulos storyline
Theo sings to Chloe as the pair grow closer.

https://www.digitalspy.com/soaps/home-and-away/a39992374/home-and-away-matt-evans-singing-theo/

Home and Away spoilers follow for UK viewers.

Home and Away star Matt Evans showcased his singing abilities as his character Theo Poulos continues his attempts to win over Chloe Anderson (Sam Barrett).

Shared via the official Home and Away Instagram account, the clip shows the two sharing a picnic together as Theo continues to grow closer to his on-off love interest Chloe.

In scenes that will air in the UK next month, Theo picks up a guitar he's borrowed from Justin, with Chloe admitting she wasn't aware he could play the instrument before asking him to play her a song.

https://www.instagram.com/p/CdedK0sMI52/?utm_source=ig_embed&ig_rid=b67cd96e-c920-46a9-b9e9-2f7972e4960a

He begins to play and sing a heartfelt number while Chloe watches on smiling, unable to hide that she's impressed.

Theo's singing abilities shouldn't come as a surprise to Home and Away fans, considering that, before joining the show, Evans was better known in Australia as a musician.

He competed on the 2020 series of The Voice Australia before joining the soap a year later in his first-ever acting role.

However, things are currently not going smoothly for the pair's budding relationship. Upcoming episodes airing in the UK will see Chloe decide to prioritise her manipulation of her friend Bella instead of pursuing a relationship with Theo.

This is not the only drama for Theo either, as viewers will see the fallout after Theo's abusive father Dimitri came to the Bay.

Home and Away's Theo Poulos in secret passion with show newcomer
But was it just a one-off?

https://www.digitalspy.com/soaps/home-and-away/a40957343/home-and-away-spoilers-theo-kirby-passion/

Home and Away spoilers follow from Monday's Australian episode (August 22), which some UK viewers may prefer to avoid.

Home and Away has kicked off a secret romance storyline for Theo Poulos in the show's latest Australian episode.

Theo's girlfriend Chloe Anderson recently left Summer Bay for her own safety amid the gang danger faced by the Parata family.

With Theo single again, recent episodes have seen him grow closer to fellow Lyrik member Kirby Aramoana.

Sadly, any chances of a relationship were scuppered when the rest of Lyrik found out and immediately banned hook-ups between band members. This was partly because Kirby's previous relationship with departed lead singer Bob had caused problems.

In Monday's episode on Channel 7, life for Lyrik continued to look up as Justin Morgan presented them with a brand new van.

This would allow the group to easily travel to paid gigs and ultimately sort out their precarious financial situation.

As Theo celebrated with the others at a party, he shared a secret kiss with Kirby during a moment alone.

Aware that Justin and Leah Patterson were out, Theo later took Kirby home and spent the night with her.

The next day, Theo faced the tricky task of sneaking Kirby out of the house without Justin and Leah knowing.

This became even more complicated when Lyrik's guitarist Remi Carter arrived unexpectedly, nearly catching out Theo and Kirby.

Later, Kirby warned Theo that the morning's mishaps had been too close for comfort.

Kirby explained: "Last night was fun, but that can't happen again. We swore to the others that we wouldn't get involved. We can't risk it, I'm sorry."

Could Theo and Kirby's relationship be over before it has even begun?

Home and Away fans in the UK will see these scenes on Channel 5 in September.

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.45pm on Channel 5 and 6pm on 5STAR. First-look screenings air at 6.30pm on 5STAR and the show also streams on My5.

In Australia, the show airs Mondays to Thursdays at 7pm on Channel 7 and streams on 7plus.

Home and Away airs outcome of Theo Poulos's secret romance storyline
Are things finally on the right track?

https://www.digitalspy.com/soaps/home-and-away/a41066127/home-and-away-spoilers-theo-kirby-romance-outcome/

Home and Away spoilers follow from recent Australian episodes, which some UK viewers may prefer to avoid.

Home and Away has hinted at a happy ending for Theo Poulos and Kirby Aramoana after their secret romance storyline.

Recent episodes in Australia have seen Theo pursue a relationship with his Lyrik bandmate after splitting from Chloe Anderson, who has left Summer Bay for good.

Theo and Kirby were forced to hide their romance after their fellow Lyrik members Eden Fowler and Remi Carter stepped in to ban hook-ups within the group.

Eden and Remi feared a repeat of Kirby's previous relationship with Bob Forsyth, which had caused tensions for Lyrik before he quit the band altogether.

In this week's Australian episodes, Kirby realised that she was in danger of losing Theo due to the pressure of keeping their romance under wraps.

Kirby crossed a line by encouraging Theo to kiss a stranger to throw Remi off the track of their relationship.

Theo wasn't impressed with the game-playing and questioned whether he could keep seeing Kirby under these difficult circumstances.

Kirby soon took matters into her own hands by kissing Theo in front of Eden and Remi, wanting everything out in the open.

Although surprised, Eden and Remi also saw how much Kirby had been struggling with the threat of losing Theo.

The pair decided to drop their ban on romance and gave Theo and Kirby their blessing to be together.

Although Eden and Remi could foresee problems if Theo and Kirby ever broke up, the new couple assured them that this wouldn't happen.

Have Theo and Kirby finally secured their happy ending after their recent splits from Chloe and Bob?

Home and Away fans in the UK will see these scenes on Channel 5 in October.

Home and Away hints at shock new story for Theo Poulos
Kirby is uneasy over Theo's dedicated fan.

https://www.digitalspy.com/soaps/home-and-away/a42616118/home-and-away-spoilers-theo-shock-story/

Home and Away spoilers follow from Australian-pace episodes, which some UK viewers may prefer to avoid.

Home and Away has hinted at a possible stalker storyline for Theo Poulos.

The talented musician has built up a strong fanbase in recent months after taking over from Bob Forsyth as the lead singer of four-piece band Lyrik.

Recent episodes have suggested that one of Theo's online followers is starting to get too attached.

Earlier this month, Theo complained that a fan was bombarding him with too many messages.

Monday's episode in Australia (January 23) saw things go a step further as Theo received an unexpected delivery through the mail.

Theo's superfan had produced a huge portrait of him as a gift and had sent it to the garage where he works.

This came shortly after Theo had announced that Lyrik were taking a break. Although he kept the details vague, the group are cancelling gigs as Eden Fowler remains unconscious in hospital following Summer Bay's recent road crash disaster.

A note from the fan read: "Saw your post about Lyrik, hope this cheers you up."

While Theo was touched by the big effort that his supporter had gone to, his girlfriend Kirby Aramoana seemed uneasy and questioned how this stranger knew the address of the garage.

The official press billing for this episode reads: "Theo may have a stalker on his hands."

Matt Evans, who plays Theo, also recently told The Morning Show that "some intense fans [of Theo's] come along and he has to navigate around some fan culture".

In real life, Matt is releasing a new single called 'Over It', written about a past relationship.

He recently revealed that he'd recruited some of his Home and Away co-stars to make cameos in the video for the song.

Prior to his role in Home and Away, Matt competed on the ninth season of The Voice Australia in 2020.

Home and Away's Theo Poulos left devastated in Andrew storyline
"This is all my fault."

https://www.digitalspy.com/soaps/home-and-away/a43976585/home-and-away-spoilers-theo-andrew-devastated/

Home and Away spoilers follow from Australian-pace episodes, which some UK viewers may prefer to avoid.

Home and Away has aired the latest update on Andrew Lawrence's ongoing storyline, with Theo Poulos now blaming himself for the vulnerable teen's fate.

Theo received a shock in Tuesday's Australian episode (May 23) as he discovered that Andrew had been kidnapped by the mysterious cult that had cast a shadow over his childhood.

Last week's episodes saw a woman arrive in Summer Bay claiming to be Andrew's mother. She convinced Andrew to leave with her, promising him an exciting new life following the sudden death of his father.

https://www.instagram.com/reel/CsU7RQRuZL0/?utm_source=ig_embed&ig_rid=cfac9309-df22-4596-a4c9-37642921dac8

Once the pair had left, it emerged that the lady in question was in fact Margot, the leader of the cult. Margot brought Andrew back to the group's compound and immediately set to work on cruelly punishing him for disobedience.

When Justin Morgan and Cash Newman later paid a visit to check on Andrew, the impressionable 17-year-old appeared to have already been swayed by Margot as he refused to leave with them.

In the show's latest episode, a desperate Justin informed Theo of the disturbing developments involving Andrew. Theo was quick to blame himself, as he'd previously posted an update about Andrew on social media, publicising him as a missing person.

Expressing his immediate regrets, Theo lamented to Justin: "You've got to be kidding me ? this is all my fault. [Margot] never would have known where he was if I hadn't made the stupid missing person's page.

"Cash was right ? he said I should have stayed out of it, and I should have. I led her straight to him."

Theo's concerns only grew further when he learned that Cash had been taken off the police case after his own role in messing up the Margot situation.

Justin confirmed to Theo that Andrew's whereabouts weren't being treated as a priority by anyone else within the police. The local police department have ruled that he's old enough to make his own decisions and is seemingly staying with the cult of his own free will.

Theo briefly considered launching his own rescue mission for Andrew, but Justin urged him to see that they needed to play the long game. Will Andrew ever be convinced to return to the Bay?

Viewers in Australia saw Andrew's storyline begin late last month, when he reached out to Justin for help. When Andrew spotted Justin doing community service work, he slipped a note into his backpack.

Andrew was later found unconscious in an empty home, having been left to fend for himself since the death of his father. Further investigative work revealed that Andrew had experienced an isolated upbringing due to his dad's connections with the sinister cult.

Home and Away star Matt Evans promises "epic" new story for Theo Poulos
"There are some new things on the way for Theo."

https://www.digitalspy.com/soaps/home-and-away/a44913282/home-and-away-matt-evans-epic-story-theo-poulos/

Home and Away spoilers follow.

Home and Away star Matt Evans has promised "epic" new scenes for his character Theo Poulos.

Theo has been at the heart of the drama in recent weeks, with his band Lyrik falling apart following the departure of Kirby Aramoana.

Her exit meant that the group faced becoming a covers band, as most of her songs were tied up due to copyright restrictions. This left Theo questioning his own future in the band.

After briefly considering a solo career, he eventually opted to remain a member, but Evans has teased that it won't be long until his character will be back in the thick of it.

"I have an epic storyline coming so next year is going to be even cooler," he told Inside Soap. "There are some new things on the way for Theo, where he is experiencing things that he's never experienced before ? physically and emotionally."

Evans, who joined the soap in 2021, also remarked on both his and Theo's journey, saying they had both come a long way since their early days on the show.

"It's very different from when I started ? those immature storylines were always quite hard to play because I was older than the character," he revealed. "I really put in the hard work to make my acting style more mature ? that's a big part of growing the character.

"There's been a lot of music, which has been really great. We always thought Lyrik would be a short-lived thing and then die off ? however, it's passed the test of time, and has so many other stories intertwined through it," he added.

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.45pm on Channel 5 and 6pm on 5STAR. First-look screenings air at 6.30pm on 5STAR and the show also streams on My5.

Home and Away's Theo Poulos risks being caught out in dark storyline
His dangerous connection with Valerie continues.

https://www.digitalspy.com/soaps/home-and-away/a60073386/home-and-away-spoilers-theo-drugs-storyline/

Home and Away spoilers follow for Australian-pace episodes, which some UK viewers may prefer to avoid.

Home and Away's Theo Poulos comes close to being caught out this week, as his dark new storyline continues.

Australian viewers have recently seen Theo enter a relationship with troubled newcomer Valerie, with the pair becoming inseparable since getting together.

The new couple have been keeping their romance a secret while Theo's aunt Leah Patterson is staying at a mental health clinic, where she's being treated for the trauma she experienced when she was kidnapped recently.

However, something else that Theo has been keeping under wraps is the fact that he has been experimenting with recreational drugs, having been encouraged to take them by Valerie.

As reported by TV Week, in new scenes that will air in Australia this week, Valerie's trauma will return to haunt her just as Leah is due to arrive home. Leah's partner Justin feels that something isn't quite right.

"Justin is wary because Valerie is someone Leah met in the clinic and he isn't sure why Valerie was there," said James Stewart, who plays Justin. "Justin's had experience with people in clinics... it doesn't bode well for him."

Although he has initially felt excited about taking drugs, Theo is soon put in an awkward situation when Valerie, who is in recovery, asks him to get more pills.

Theo gently pushes back against her request, but Valerie urges him to do as she asks.

Theo becomes somewhat of a safe space for Valerie ? he may be the only person in the Bay who knows who she truly is ? and he develops a need to protect her," said Courtney Clarke, who plays Valerie. "Their connection is special."

Later, while on the beach, The0 gives in ? just as his ex Kirby Aramoana arrives to discuss some new ideas for Lyrik.

Kirby notices the emotional state that Valerie is in, and is furious with Theo. Meanwhile, Justin witnesses the whole incident.

Feeling concerned about Leah's impending arrival home, Justin tries to get Theo to be honest about what he and Valerie have been up to. But will Theo share everything, or will he continue to hide his worrying behaviour?

Home and Away will air these scenes on Channel 7 in Australia this week, and on Channel 5 in the UK in a few weeks' time.

Home and Away star hints at exit to chase US career dreams
"I won't be on Home and Away forever."

https://www.digitalspy.com/soaps/home-and-away/a64100389/home-and-away-matt-evans-possible-exit/

Home and Away star Matt Evans has hinted that he might exit the Australian soap to pursue career ambitions in the US.

The actor and musician has been playing Theo Poulos since 2021, but has spoken about having an agent in Los Angeles and is keen to get out there and pursue other acting opportunities.

Speaking to YouTube channel Check It TV, he said: "You can clip this if you want, but I won't be on Home and Away forever.

"It's not me talking about planning to leave, but just saying like I have plans for America and stuff like that as well. I think I'm at the age where I think it's a good time to do that."

When asked what kind of genres of shows/movies he'd like to do, Evans responded: "I am a massive rom-com fan, so I love comedies, I love rom-coms, I would love to be in something... Ryan Gosling is like my favourite actor. I love him in a rom-com, I'd love to do that sort of thing,

"I can't see myself as much of an action hero, that's not my thing, but I'm 6 foot 3 so I'm quite tall so if I put on a lot of muscle then maybe it'd be different, but I look too much like a baby to be a superhero at the moment."

He also revealed that he used to say he'd quit acting to do music full-time, but now he's not so sure as he's enjoying acting so much at the moment.

While he wants to leave Home and Away one day, he hopes that the show continues to thrive.

"Look it's a great show, it's a great platform," he said. "There's so many people that love it and I think it should keep going until people don't love it, and brings so much in for Australian TV as well."

The actor also responded to Neighbours' recent second cancellation too ,stating that it "struggled" with money and budget, and said he hoped that Home and Away can continue in the current climate.

"Neighbours, it still had a massive fan base and everything like that, but we're just two totally different shows, I think," he explained.

"As I've said before, Summer Bay has the beach and all that, so the UK get to see that and, I dunno, it's appealing for a lot of people in different countries."

Home and Away's Theo Poulos accused of "death wish" in dark new plot
He risks becoming a target for the River Boys.

https://www.digitalspy.com/soaps/home-and-away/a64244310/home-and-away-spoilers-theo-poulos-death-wish/

Home and Away spoilers follow for Australian and UK viewers.

Home and Away's Theo Poulos sparks serious concerns for his safety as he pursues a dangerous affair with newcomer Lacey Miller.

Show bosses are lining up a passionate new fling for Theo as he continues getting to know Lacey, who made her debut on Australian screens earlier this month.

Sophea Pennington has been cast in the role of Lacey, a fiery newcomer who has connections to the latest incarnation of the River Boys.

Earlier this month, Australian viewers saw the River Boys' new leader Gage Reynolds recruit Theo to do some car repair work for him.

While working at a junkyard, Theo realised that Gage was involved in criminal activities but decided to accept the easy money anyway.

Theo also flirted up a storm with Lacey as she watched him working, but quickly regretted it when he realised that she was already in a relationship with dangerous Gage.

Thursday's episode (March 20) on Australia's Channel 7 saw Theo's risky behaviour escalate even further. This time, rather than just being Gage's mechanic, he decided to become a driver in an illegal race organised by the gang leader.

Celebrating an early victory, Theo finally gave into temptation by kissing Lacey during a moment alone.

In upcoming episodes, Theo's new friend Sonny Baldwin gives him some harsh home truths over his risky antics.

Sonny points out that it's a bad mistake to chase Gage's girlfriend, but Theo refuses to listen and insists that they simply won't get caught.

Sonny argues: "You've seen what Gage does to people who cross him, right? I swear you've got some kind of death wish."

When Theo's aunt Leah and uncle Justin overhear the tense conversation, they naturally want answers on what he's up to. Will Theo come clean? And just how worried should he be about Gage?

Home and Away fans in the UK will see these scenes on Channel 5 in May.

Home and Away fans predict dangerous crash as Theo faces River Boy wrath
Will newcomer Gage take revenge?

https://www.digitalspy.com/soaps/home-and-away/a64454369/home-and-away-spoilers-theo-dangerous-crash/

Home and Away spoilers follow for UK and Australian viewers.

Home and Away fans are predicting a dangerous crash after Theo Poulos made an enemy of the River Boys' new leader.

Theo may be facing terrible danger after being caught out for pursuing a risky fling with Summer Bay newcomer Lacey Miller.

Lacey arrives in UK-pace episodes in the coming weeks, played by new cast member Sophea Pennington.

Aussie viewers have already seen the scenes where Lacey is introduced as the girlfriend of local thug Gage Reynolds, the current kingpin who's in charge of the ruthless River Boys gang.

In a dark new storyline, Theo takes part in illegal street racing to make some quick cash.

Gage is organising the races and sees potential in Theo as a driver, but he's unaware that Theo and Lacey are enjoying a fling behind his back.

Thursday's episode on Australian screens (April 10) featured the bombshell moment that Gage witnessed Theo and Lacey sharing a passionate kiss.

Although furious, Gage held back from confronting Theo straight away. Does he plan to take his revenge when Theo least expects it?

Writing on Instagram, one Home and Away fan predicted: "I knew Lacey was going to cause trouble in the Bay with Theo and Gage catching them kissing. This isn't going to end well for Theo with the River Boys.

"I think Gage will do something to the car that Theo races and Cash will have to try and stop it because of the illegal street racing."

A second added: "Theo is in danger - Cash can stop this."

Meanwhile, a third warned: "He'll mess with Theo's car to cause a crash."

Home and Away's official account also warned of the huge danger facing Theo, confirming: "This is not going to end well..."

Is Theo about to learn the hard way that you don't mess with the River Boys?
