Next week on Casualty, Fenisha fights or a future with Ethan, while David and Rosa's marriage hangs in the balance.
Here's a full collection of the eight biggest moments coming up:
1. Fenisha confronts Ethan?
Determined to find out the truth about his feelings for her, Fenisha confronts Ethan about what Rash told her.
Frustratingly, Ethan denies everything and tells Fenisha that she should stick with Matthew. Fed up, Fenisha tells Ethan that she doesn't know if she wants to be with Matthew, unaware that he is listening.
2... And breaks up with Matthew
Hurt after overhearing Fenisha declare her love to Ethan, Matthew demands to know if Fenisha had any respect for their relationship at all.
Realising she needs to be honest, Fenisha painfully ends things with Matthew once again, promising him that she wishes her feelings were different.
3. Ethan rejects Fenisha...again

Confused following his run-in with Matthew, Ethan tracks down Fenisha. She tells him that she ended things with Matthew because she doesn't love him, but grows further frustrated by Ethan's reaction.
After failing to persuade Fenisha to make it up with Matthew, Ethan tells her that it's his dying wish ? but she still refuses.
He then gets emotional as he tells Fenisha that he can't let himself invest in their future, due to the Huntington's ? he doesn't want her to be his nurse, or Bhodi to remember him as an ill man. Despondent, Fenisha reluctantly agrees.
4. David still hasn't forgiven Rosa
David struggles to come to terms with Rosa's suspected poisoning of Ollie, but is sent on a paranoid spiral when Ollie's phone keeps going off during his ride to school.
At work, David confides in Dylan that he suspects Rosa is still contacting his son and things quickly intensify when Ollie is brought back into the ED with the same symptoms.
5. Rosa confides in Jacob
As fate would have it, Rosa is coincidentally in the ED at the same time that Ollie is rushed back in.
She is having her disciplinary meeting with Jacob, having been suspended after the poisoning accusations. However, it's clear from the outset that she isn't feeling well; she\s hot, irritable, and losing chunks of hair.
After a dizzy spell, Jacob treats Rosa in Cubicles, where she opens up about all the symptoms she's been suffering of late.
6. Rosa is exonerated
Although David wonders if Rosa is pretending to be ill to get out of telling the truth, Jacob reveals that her symptoms are because of her menopause.
Regardless, David pursues the idea that Rosa has been in contact with Ollie over the weekend, when he finds messages from someone called 'Ma' on Ollie's phone.
Determined to prove her innocence, Rosa urges David to call the number, with Ollie's friend Ma answering instead.
Finally accepting how badly he's messed up, a guilty David takes his anger out on Rash.
7. David fights for Rosa
Exhausted after the events of the day, Rosa prepares to head home but is stopped by an extremely apologetic David.
Desperate to make amends, David apologises for his shocking accusations, but can they call a truce, or is their marriage over?
8. Fenisha makes a final proposition
Despite her earlier promise to Etha, Fenisha starts to see the bigger picture after an eye opening chat with a patient.
Bolstered, Fenisha rushes off of shift to prepare a surprise for Ethan, who is left gobsmacked by the effort she's gone to.
Touched, Ethan admits that this doesn't change his decision from earlier, but this time Fenisha is ready to prove him wrong.
Putting her heart on the line, she explains that Ethan doesn't get to choose which memories she gets to keep of him, or dictate her emotions in the present. She tells him she loves him and they kiss, but there's one final surprise in store...
