Next week on Casualty, a terrifying accusation throws Rosa and David into disarray, while Fenisha finally discovers the truth about Ethan?s feelings for her.

1. Ollie is brought back into the ED
When Ollie is brought back into the ED with more mysterious symptoms, Rash is determined to prove his diagnostic abilities.
As he endeavours to get to the bottom of what?s going on with Ollie, he grows concerned that his symptoms could be to do with something he?s ingested and orders a tox screen.
2. Rosa acts suspiciously
Having lied about attending a course earlier that morning, Rosa?s odd behaviour begins to pique David?s attention.
With emotions running high, Rosa makes another questionable move when she sneaks Ollie out of the hospital, on his request, to get a hot chocolate. However, she?s shocked when Ollie immediately vomits after taking a sip.
3. Rash makes a worrying discovery
Following Ollie?s latest turn, Rash becomes more convinced that Rosa might be causing his symptoms but doesn?t know how to broach it with the family.
Instead, Rash opts for a second opinion but is shocked when Matthew seemingly confirms his suspicions: Ollie appears to have been poisoned. Matthew also highlights that the culprit would have to have some degree of medical knowledge, further affirming Rash?s suspicions.
As Rash battles with what to do next, the final straw comes when Rosa admits that she cooked Ollie?s breakfast that morning ? just before his symptoms began.

When David notes Rash?s suspicion, he demands to be told what?s going on. David is then left horrified when Rash explains that they think Rosa could be poisoning Ollie and lashes out.
Reeling, David?s thoughts turn to Rosa?s late son Gabriel and he suddenly becomes uncertain. Despite desperately wanting to believe in his wife?s innocence, David is left further unsettled when he sees Rosa forcing Ollie to drink some water.
With his emotions getting the better of him, David accuses publicly Rosa of poisoning Ollie, leaving them all distraught. But what is really going on?
