Craig and Anthony decided that they didn't want to waste time sleeping. Instead they spent their time holding their breath under water.
In an early hours pool session, Anthony laid down a challenge of lasting under water for a minute. Craig stepped up to the challenge and the competition began.
"Right, we're going under, don't come up until I do. Get your breathing right," Anthony told Craig.
A look of concentration crept across their faces as they embarked on some preparation yoga-style breathing. One final big gulp of air and they were under.
After about thirty seconds Craig emerged, letting out a scream. Anthony quickly followed saying, "What's the matter?" Catching his breath, Craig whined, "I couldn't breathe!" Er, you're underwater Craig - you're not meant to breath!
Craig was determined though and went it alone, leaving Anthony above water to count. Craig finally emerged to congratulations from Anthony, "Yeah! One minute three. Ding dong!"
""Ahh!" Craig screeched, "I could have stayed longer but I panicked...I've so got to do that again after you, it was fabulous!"
Anthony stepped up to the mark and with Craig standing on his back, managed to last an impressive one minute and eighteen seconds.
Wow boys, what a wonderful way to pass the time!
